The staff here is friggin awesome! My wife and I both get all of our glasses here and they have always gone above and beyond when something is not quite right, or something breaks. We feel taken care of 100%

Very friendly and thorough staff during both of my visits. Everyone was very informative and patient to all of my questions.

Was able to get two pairs of super fins and funky glasses for a reasonable price! The staff was super helpful, and they were ready quick and pick up was easy! I would highly recommend getting glasses here!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bailey Nelson a few times in the last year and have been very pleased with everyone who helped me. This last time was especially good. The young man who replaced the lenses in my frames was so.incredibly patient with all my concerns. I recommend Bailey Nelson to all my friends!

If you’re looking for a pair of glasses Bailey Nelson at Chinook is the place to go, I had purchased a pair of glasses there and everything was great but then I broke them unfortunately! I lost my prescription and wasn’t sure they would still have it on the system but decided to give it a try.went there and sure enough they did and their staff is so helpful and friendly and it was such a positive experience and I got the cutest pair of glasses as a replacement for my older ones.

The service is wonderful. The staff are so willing to help you out with your selection and as well any time down the road, if you need adjustments or fixes to your frames. The glasses are very durable and they have a nice selection. This year I purchased another pair and they came with a new style of glass case that I really like. Also the eye Doctor at the Bailey Nelson I go to is fantastic. I’m very happy with them…that’s why I keep going back.

I went into the Chinook with a broken pair of glasses that were about 4-5 months out of warranty. I wasn't looking to be given the world but when I asked the girl who was working there (Sheva, I believe was her name or something close to that). She looked up my order history and said that it was out of warranty and she wouldn't do anything for me, she then processed to turn away from my wife and I. I guess that was her way of saying this conversation was over. We then pressed the issue, informing her that the staff there has had to tighten my frames numerous times, because the lenses were cut a little to small. The lady didn't even try to repair them or anything. She then turned away from me again and seemed a lot more interested in drinking from her water bottle than to talk to me.
I will never go back to this location again because of the absolute TERRIBLE service!

I usually don't write reviews but Elvis deserves 5 stars for his excellent customer service skills.

He is good at over-communicating, problem solving, and his attention to detail is top notch.

Dr. Vanderstar is the best! No need to go anywhere else for your eye care needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great selection of glasses to choose from.

Thank you for the personable service in helping me choose my frames and providing me with different options! Many styles of frames to choose from. My new glasses were ready to pick up quickly. When I changed my mind on the frames I had chosen it was no problem to exchange them.

A very bad day because of this terrible attitude from this receptionist who was SO RUDE! No questions can be answered or you are asked to leave. "if you don't like you can go" this was her line for answering a simple question. Unbelievable!
Walk away when you see this black hair girl with an Indian accent in the store.

I loved my experience here. The optometrist was lovely. The exam was quick and easy. I had my toddler with me and they were incredibly accommodating having her there and were so good to us. The selection was awesome, and the MVP goes to the front desk worker. I don’t know his name, but he was wearing a plaid suit. He was friendly, stylish but not intimidating. He made me feel so at ease. He helped me look for and choose two pairs of sunglasses. He was incredible! Further to that I got 2 pairs of sunglasses with Rx for only $450.00! They also offered to ship my glasses right to my house which I appreciated bc I have 3 small kids and it’s tough for me to get out to the mall. I can’t wait to see my new shades. I’ll def be back to Bailey Nelson.

I had a great experience at the Bailey Nelson - Chinook Centre location. Both my eye exam with Dr. Stephen and the service received from Michelle was great. I also found two beautiful frames to complete my eye glasses order.

This was my husband & my first time visiting this store/clinic. We both saw Dr. Steve and he was great! I have had severe eye pain for years now and Dr. Steve is the first dr to actually address the issue with a solution. I now have medicated eye drops and I’m hopefully going to feel better soon! We also had a great experience purchasing glasses with the help of their staff. The taller young man that worked yesterday was AMAZING. He was extremely friendly, genuinely so, and his positive attitude was absolutely wonderful! I witnessed him even helping a senior with her jacket —such a gentleman!

My husband and I were very impressed with the staff and we will definitely be recommending them. My only suggestion is that the glasses designer should carry a few smaller frames (I know the chunky 80’s look is in style, but more variety would be great).

This is my first experience with Bailey Nelson, and it was a great one. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient, I had my glasses in just over a week which is fantastic, I’m visiting here from out of province. I am extremely pleased with my glasses as well. So happy my daughter recommended them!

I bought a frame from here about 10 months ago, absolutely loved the style, unfortunately they snapped at the bridge connection. Took them into the store and they promptly replaced it under warranty. Too bad there were a different color but the whole process was very seamless.

Frames: Super chic and weighs nothing. So if you happen to have thick lenses, it probably won’t hurt your nose or ears in the long run. They also do prescription sunglasses!

Staff: Pleasant to talk with. My sister and I really enjoyed the customer service experience.

Prices: Very affordable! For both lenses and frames and they stay true to the promotions on their website

Eye Check-up: They are thorough and their Dr.is super nice! Affordable too compared to LensCrafters.

Note: I haven’t received the products I got (glasses and sunglasses) yet, so this review is for my walk-in experience.

Professional service, I really liked the attending optometrist, she was friendly, Knowledgeable and patiently addressed my concerns.the rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful.would revisit if I need to.

Great staff frames are very nice good selection. Prices are very good l got 2 pairs for less then other places. Charge for the leans you can't go wrong dealing with them l know l will come back.

Such a great experience: from the ease of booking an eye exam (the next day!) to the excellent customer service. I haven’t ordered my glasses yet but they have lots of fun styles (Not to mention the very affordability of the frames).

I value the professionalism and expertise of Dr. Desiree Vanderstar and the team of opticians at Bailey Nelson in Chinook Centre. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. There is never any pressure to purchase eyewear, and they offer great feedback, when asked, about the fit and suitability of frames. Additionally, the price point for new prescription eyewear is fantastic. I highly recommend.

Glasses were great but they never bothered to call me to let me know when they were ready. When I finally called there was no apology, just a "well they're here, so come and get them. " When I picked them up the lady took a phone call and was mid sentence when she handed me the glasses. I guess I didn't have any questions about fitting them. Thanks. Service is really apathetic here.

Very nice staff but they put in the wrong order for me and had to wait for another week to receive my glasses. That was quite frustrating and unprofessional.
