I had a great experience when visiting Bailey Nelson; I needed a new nose pad for my sunglasses. The team welcomed me kindly, saw me immediately and did the repair for free and with the best attitude. A great positive experience. I’ll be back and definitely recommend this store.

It was a very pleasant experience with glasses. Because of Mr. Bobby, I know this optical shop. I would say good things to all about Mr. Bobby, he is so kind, friendly and very professional. I took my child for an eye exam and needed a pair of glasses, bobby helped me and took care of my child. Mr. Bobby can speak Mandarin and English. My English is not good. Mr. Bobby helped me translate and gave me a lot of advice.see Dr Plummer and she was very friendly and professional. Here, I want to tell everyone that this optical shop is very good. This is very satisfied experience, not only solve my glass problem and I get a perfect glasses in very reasonable price. They have very professional service, I highly recommend Mr Bobby, he is excellent and professional for everything, very patience for my every question and show next step what can I do, and Mr Bobby can speak both English and Mandarin fluency, so if you can only speak Mandarin, no worries at all.

Small place with ok selection and great staff. Didn’t have the frames I usually wear or options to have them ordered which was a bit odd. Found a good style as replacement here though.

Kudos to Bobby for his excellent work adjusting my frame and his impeccable hospitality. The other location did multiple adjustments and they just couldn’t do it right, while Bobby nailed it the first time and he even went above and beyond to change my nose pads to softer ones! I didn’t purchase my glasses from this location but because of him, I will not look elsewhere if I need another pair and I’ll be recommending friends and family too.
