I had a great experience with Erika. She was so helpful and kind. Erika helped me pick out new glasses and processed my insurance seamlessly. When I picked up my glasses she was there to make sure they were fitted correctly. Thank you so much Erika!

Honestly decided last second to walk in one day with my best friend, to end up buying two pairs of glasses (prescripted ones + prescripted sunnies) with a cute gold pearly eyeglass chain! The service was amazing - such friendly energy and the quality of the glasses were actually better than most places I’ve bought before! I highly recommend coming, as someone who’s worn glasses her entire life lol.

Everyone was really great and super helpful! I am extremely indecisive and it took me like a year to pick out my glasses and they were so patient. AND when I went in to pick them up (which they also arrived really quickly) I brought an old pair of sunglasses that I didn’t even get from them that I sat on that were bent out of shape and they helped me with those too plus they cleaned them for me! Very nice staff and beautiful glasses.

They are really good with their costumers, not expensive at all - me and my kids got our glasses in West Edmonton mall area.

I was in town very briefly for a job interview from Vancouver Island and needed to get my glasses adjusted because nothing would be more embarrassing than having them slip down my face! I always get great service at every BN I step into and the WEM location is no exception. My well-adjusted pair of glasses were exactly what helped me rock my interview and land my new job! But in all seriousness, thanks for the conversation and the adjustment - I'll be sure to pop by next time I'm in Edmonton!:)

Was not impressed to show up to pick up my glasses at 40 weeks pregnant and they had entered the wrong prescription for the lenses! They said they would try to rush to get the new lenses in but had to wait another week and when I sent my partner to pick them up they only had one of two pairs of glasses! Still waiting on the second pair to show up!

One of best experience I ever had with any optometrist. I went their for my eye exam. Every staff member was nice and kind. Briefly explain everything and fast services. I am really impressed by Dr. Jasmin Gill. She is doing an amazing job. Would definitely come back to get some glasses in future. Highly recommended.

Staff are very friendly and approachable. Prices are reasonable and the glasses are very well made! We do not live in Edmonton so the glasses had to be mailed out. It was carefully packaged and arrived very quick!

Pretty disappointed with both the quality of the frames, AND the staffs service. I’ve purchased more than a few frames with Bailey Nelson (numerous glasses and sunnies), and each and every single pair that I’ve had has broken off on the nylon band and/or arm hinges. Each time I would bring them in for repair, I would be met with attitude and accusations of mistreating the glasses. My experience today, around 3-3: 30 pm was kind of the final straw for me. After my nylon broke on my frames for the FORTH time, I brought them In for repair and voiced that I was confused and worried that they kept breaking that way, across two separate frames of the same style. The other employees were generally pretty understanding, but the woman who I would assume was the manager at the time treated me like I was lying, and accused me of sitting on the glasses (?). I explained that I baby the glasses since I knew they break pretty easily, but she challenged me saying that I only had two visits listed on their records for repair. I explained to her that a friend of mine used to work with the company and may not have recorded the repairs- but she continued to interrupt me and accuse me of beating up the glasses. I eventually felt so uncomfortable with the entire experience that I took my (still broken) glasses, and left. After hundreds of dollars spent with the company, and multiple recommendations I’ve unfortunately made to friends and family, I will absolutely NOT be coming back to this company for my appointments, contacts, or glasses. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you’re looking for any semblance of customer service, or quality.

Very helpful staff who took time to show me a number of frames and the time to discuss what looked right for my face. I recommend this team for sure.

This was my first time at a Bailey Nelson location, and it’s safe to say I will never go anywhere else. The frame selection was awesome, and Alyssa was incredibly helpful. She was patient and professional while I tried on over a dozen frames. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of an exam or new glasses!

This is my third pair of glasses. Not a problem with the first two pair. However, with the third pair there was an issue with the lenses. I ordered the glasses and about a week and a half later I went to pick them up. Nothing was clear. They measured again and lenses were redone. Went to pick them up and still not done correctly. The girl remeasured thoroughly sent them back again. This time they were perfect. They fully compensated me for my many trips and trouble. I am ‘now’ very happy with my glasses. The great customer service made up for inconvenience of having to go back so many times. I will purchase from them in the future. ️️️

I had the best experience at Bailey Nelson’s West Edmonton Mall location! It was my first ever time at an optometrist, and I chose this location because of the positive reviews and it did not disappoint. The staff were amazing, friendly, informative, and helpful. They let me pick and try on as many glasses as I wanted, and also gave me some suggestions, ultimately resulting in me picking glasses I absolutely love and feel confident in. Dr. Gill was amazing as well. I was so nervous since it was my first ever eye exam but she was kind, patient, and explained every step. I had an amazing experience, love my new glasses, and would absolutely recommend this optometrist to anyone!

I came with rather complex issue for the first time to Bailey Nelson upon recommendation from my children. The staff was courteous and very helpful. In the end i left with very positive experience and great quality product. Strongly recommend this place.
