First of all, I have to say that I am, “that customer”…. Yup. The one that every retailer pretty much hates to get. But I try and make it fun! I changed my mind like 17 times and Theo and Nicole humoured me the entire time. They put up with me coming back three times to change the prescription. Dr. Wong even took the steps to refer me to a specialist for more attention (who was also fantastic). They kept a smile on their faces and actually walked me through the process so I could understand why I was wrong, and they were right. So… from a guy who is never wrong…. Listen to these ladies. They know what they’re doing, and are fantastic at their craft. If ya need glasses, make sure to stop in and see them. You will be glad you did.

Theo, Nicole, and Dr Wong, gave exceptional customer service and found me some great frames! Normally when Im at the gym I can’t see the fine print on my phone when doing my sets… however with my new lenses I am able to see the fine print and the grain of sand in the carpet. It pays to have the best lenses and customer service!

I went there to get a new pair of opitical and sunglasses. Angelo and Alyssa were a great help picking out my new stylish pair of glasses. The selection of glasses at this store is pretty great. Made it hard to find my new pair but I am super glad with the experiance I started recommending everyone at my work who needs a pair to come check this place out.

I went there to get progressive lenses and the customer service was great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Diya had helped me out with my glasses and she was very knowledgeable. I had a great time there!

I had a great first experience with Bailey Nelson! The staff were all amazing and the customer service was outstanding! I love my new glasses and have definitely found my new favourite eyewear store!

New to Crossiron so the store looks beautiful. Upon entering staff was friendly, attentative and knowlegable. They helped get started with all my testing and DR Wong was super awesome (and patient) while i went through my testing.

The staff knew I was rougher on my glasses and spent a tonne of time outdoors (as they asked prior) and had 3 frames selected for me and 3 sunglass frames as well. They made their selection based off what they had that would suit my lifestyle. After getting them back and getting them adjusted.i love them!

Would return and use them again for all my glasses needs, if you are around crossiron, price is right, staff is on point, 10/10 wpuld recomend!

Had a wonderful experience shopping at the Crossiron location. Dr. Wong was pleasant and patient, and Theo was exceptional with helping me pick out frames and figure it all out with my benifits. Very pleased overall.
