I took my vehicle to Balance Auto for servicing and had an exceptional experience with the staff there. I had originally booked a brake replacement service as the dealership I usually go to had suggested that my brakes were close to their end. When I brought it in, the mechanics checked them for wear and were surprised that I wanted to change them out as there was still plenty of life in them. Needless to say, I appreciated their honesty in letting me know that my brakes were still in good shape, despite what the dealership had told me (guessing the dealership wanted to pump up their servicing business by suggesting unnecessary repairs). I will be booking my car in with them when it is actually time for my brakes to be replaced. I really appreciate being able to deal with the honest and reliable mechanics at Balance Auto.

Said they did an alignment and we paid for it.when we brought it to another shop for another service, they said we needed an alignment. So these people didn’t even touch our truck but charged us for it.
