I have been here 4 times in the last little while. I went to see Teri-Lynn Winter and she was absolutely fantastic.

From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. She asked about any problem areas I had and really listened to what I had to say.

During the massage, She used a variety of techniques to work out all my knots and tension.she was very professional. I left the session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and ready for a nap.

Laurie has singlehandedly solved a chronic issue with adductors and hip flexors for me. I had resigned myself to believing I'd be in pain forever. With one treatment, I had relief. Laurie suggested exercises to strengthen and stretch, which have helped. Her goal is to help us feel better again - her efficiency, knowledge and friendly manner achieve that!

I’ve been a patient of Aaron Wong since 2014. He’s an incredibly talented physiotherapist, and I can’t imagine what kind of shape I’d be in without his vast knowledge and expertise.
As an athlete, I’ve unfortunately experienced a few sidelining injuries over the years, and Aaron has been able to get me back on track after each and every one.
I’ll often come hobbling into his office (I have a tricky knee) and within two to three weeks I’m running again. Aarons exercises are always in the form of a comprehensive plan, and always doable from home.
I’ve sent my husband, and several other family members to Balance, and they all think Aaron is ‘the man’. Which he is.
His passion for physio therapy is evident within seconds of meeting him, and I highly recommend Balance and Aaron Wong.

Best Physio practice by far! Aaron has helped me through a great deal of postpartum pain regarding neck and back issues from breast feeding, lifting and carrying baby. Now that I’m back to work as a Dental Hygienist, he keeps me in check and proper working order!

I have gone to Balance Physiotherapy for various injuries. I am impressed and more than satisfied with how fast I improved. I believe the knowledge and experience of the staff works well with the one on one treatment. Balance is different because the focus is only on the person being treated

Recently I have been going regarding a WCB claim. Aaron completed an assessment and report that impressed my WCB adjudicator. The staff are helpful with arranging appointments and quickly sending the paperwork in.

For anyone that is a lifter of any kind, Lauren Hagan is the massage therapist for you. She is a lifter herself, so fully understands the issues you will have and has suggestions for work and stretches to help with those issues.

I started seeing Aaron after a car accident. He was able to treat my neck and shoulder pain in a short time. He spends quality time treating my problem areas as well as giving me exercises to get things back on track.
My daughter now sees him for her bunions and some strength issues. In two treatments we have noticed an improvement.

Honestly everyone there was super nice and awesome to work with. They not only helped me get physically better but as they were helping me do that they took there time to explain to me exactly what was going on and why the things were going on. It really helped my recovery and helped me not only get physically better but mentally better aswell I can’t thank Aaron and his team enough. I would rate this 10 stars if I could. They pushed me and never gave up. There faith in me gave me faith in myself and because of that I’m striving to be a healthier and better self. The whole team at Balance are fantastic, and they all do their very best to make sure you are getting the most out of every one of your visits. The clinical pilates that Dana offers is great for strengthening your core, and I can't recommend it enough!

Had a very agreeable experience at Balance. The staff was quite welcoming upon my arrival. Aaron was very understanding and knowledgeable about how to treat my issues. Having massage therapy on site is a quite convenient as well. Comfortable atmosphere makes me look forward to future bookings.

Aaron is by far the best Physiotherapist I have been to. He spends the entire appointment with you, one on one, which is rare to find. Aaron is truly THE BEST. I have a lengthy medical including history of stroke and severe migraines and Aaron has always been able to help me. He is a master of IMS (if you haven’t tried this I highly recommend seeing if it is right for you!) The clinic in Okotoks is amazing I even make the drive all the way from Airdrie!
