Great local shop with a large selection which ranges from casual to more glamourous items. All good quality, higher end pieces. I recently bought an outfit for gala and got a ton of compliments all night long. The fall assortment in the store had me wanting to buy everything. Worth popping into before or after your brunch on whyte ave.

Perhaps the floor staff need retail etiquette lessons.as much as I love the merch and look forward to treating myself to a few new items every so often, I honestly dread going in because the staff are often - if not, almost every time I've gone to shop, they have been - so judgmental and unfriendly.

Ordered a sweater from Bamboo Ballroom for my wife for Christmas. Payed on Apple Pay and forgot to change my shipping address (I have recently moved for work). Product was shipped out to my old address the next day. I got an email saying it was delivered. I phoned and spoke to the sweetest person on the phone, they went above a beyond to help me out and ended up getting the package back and sent out to my correct address the very next day! Great customer service! Super helpful and kind!
