Bamboo House Chinese Food

We were very impressed with the food here! First time we have ordered from here, and it last night on Christmas Eve, we had called 2 other places before Bamboo House and the wait was going to be hours (expected). We finally found this place, it had good reviews, and we got the pickup order in 65 min, impressive on Christmas Eve! The staff were friendly and kind, and sooo very busy! The lemon chicken and ginger beef were so crispy and flavourful, the beef and vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection, the chicken fried rice and spring rolls were delicious. Everything was hot, fresh and crisp! We will definitely be returning!

The ordering process is seamless, and the food is always well-packaged and delivered with care.

Becareful when you order it the price online is different! I order the meal on the phone with lady and double check the price, it’s same one when I checked at online, but go to pick up at store, the price went up! The guy in the store said online order is different price. If different price why not when I call in to order it, don’t just tell me the price I supposed to pay? Few dollars not worth to argue, but just be honest with price. If the website not updated, just go to update the price.

I'm impressed by the no-contact delivery service. It's reassuring to know that I can enjoy a delicious meal without compromising my health.

The lady there is rude, and even with an order of over $100, she says there’s a charge for hot sauce! Also, when they’re busy with take out orders (this place is basically a kitchen with a front desk, so no dine-in option, she rolls her eyes when you ask for hot sauce, chopsticks, or anything extra. Very rude. The guy who sometimes works the front desk is provides great customer service, on the contrary. Food is great, and good portion size for the price.

Fried rice spring roll was a great appetizer. The rice was well-seasoned and the roll was crispy.

Mandarin chicken was so flavorful and the sauce was delicious. It was a great choice for a satisfying meal.

Chicken chow mein was so tasty and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. I loved the crispy noodles on top.

Food was well-packaged and the containers were sturdy. We didn't have any spills or messes during delivery.

Absolutely the best I have ever had, I’m 73 and have had a lot of Chinese over the years. So good, I will buying weekly

We ordered 4 meals and they only got 1 right. Got broccoli instead of spare ribs, chicken instead of shrimp, chow mein instead of egg noodles. What's the point of paying for food if they get it wrong. Not the first time either, we ordered spring rolls and they never gave them to us. Do not recommend.

My boyfriend and I got the the dumplings, General Tao’s Chicken and honey garlic ribs. I will always come here for any Chinese food. I live in the NW side but I’ll rather do the drive then eat anywhere else. I would recommend this place to everyone

Chicken wings were crispy and juicy. The seasoning was just right and they were a great snack to share.

Chicken wings were a hit with everyone at our table. One bite and we were all reaching for more.

Portions were fairly small compared to what I'm used to. Had it Delivered. Was relatively quick but showed up cold.
Food was blamed, ordered wor wonton for 2, chicken fried rice, chicken mixed vegetables, ginger beef relatively small order $ 60.00
Would not recommend this restaurant.

Portions were very generous and we had plenty of leftovers for another meal. It's great value for the price.

Today is the day of bad luck, 2 bad reviews less than 3 hours apart.first wendys, then bamboo house.
I placed an order on skip and there was no option for regular ginger beef (only spicy) so I wrote in the comments regular ginger beef only please not spicy. So then I get a call and the lady says to me, "you should have just said not spicy" and that was all she said to me, and I was like.okay.she also had an attitude like the girl at wendys, I think they're related. That is all

Chicken fried rice was one of the best I've had. It had a great balance of flavors and the chicken was cooked just right.

No-contact delivery was so convenient and the food arrived hot and fresh. It was a great experience.

Really great food! Also really enjoyed your almond chicken with gravy on the side! Salt and pepper squid was amazing too, shanghai noodles were great and dumplings too! Well my whole meal was just really good!

Was very busy when I went but wait times weren't too bad. Would definitely recommend even if you aren't interested in the Chinese takeout.
