Went to exchange some pants today, Natasha was a great help! She was friendly and informative and made sure I left with a pair of pants that worked for me. Thanks again Natasha!

I visited this location on November 28,2022 and I was treated with professionalism and best services especially from Lindsey. She was sooo helpful and kind. Also I would to say thank you to Christal as well.

Yikes. Never felt so unwelcome here before. I’ve been a customer here for over ten years and tonight was wild. Blonde woman immediately asked if I was looking for something specific, but not in a friendly manner. Quickly rattled off whatever the promo is, and told me they close in ten minutes. Alrighty. I moved quick, grabbed a top to try on and walked to the back to find the change room blocked by a clothing rack. It’s 6: 53. It will take me a minute to try the top on. I waited, then wandered to find the blonde woman and I asked why I can’t access the change rooms, to which she starkly replied “because we close at 7”. Yes ma’am, I understand but that doesn’t answer my question. She elaborated they close it at 5 minutes to and I looked at my phone and it was 6: 55 and it’s already been closed off for a few minutes. She huffed and stormed over to the change rooms and literally slammed the clothes rack into the wall and let me in. I tried on my top, re-racked it, and was walking out the door at 6: 57.

This lady has some anger issues and I’m guessing by former reviews this is not a abnormal for her. I’ve worked in retail for years and never would act that way no matter how desperately I want to get out of there. I hope she doesn’t treat her coworkers like she does customers.

Great customer service and nice products and it was on sale so it made me even more happy! Great store overall!

The blonde girl working there, Dallas, was so rude and arrogant. I understand that there are store policies however you can explain them in a more friendly tone. She was basically yelling at us the entire time. She was giving snarky replies and was so rude I was taken back. I actually never experienced this before especially in the retail industry. She called herself the manager, but didn’t act professionally like a manager. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what. The other lady who was a manager as well was so sweet and understanding and apologized to us for her coworkers behaviour, hence I give 2 stars.

Chill store, mainly a good vibe. Sahil was good help, thanks dude. Chutney (I think was her name) showed attitude. For someone working in a customer service industry, get it together.

Customer service was at its finest. From the entrance to the end the manager on duty helped me. She was polite and and friendly also very knowledgeable. Place was cleaned and had a calmer atmosphere. The prices were reasonable too. All in all great experience. Would return for sure.
