I was asked to leave the fitting room because I had a stroller with a baby in it. Not coming back

Worse customer service. They should megan let go. Worse manager in history of customer service. Extremely rude and racist. Please avoid this store. Thank you

Megan at Banana Republic deserves high praise for her exceptional professionalism and dedication. She was very helpful in finding me the perfect outfit for my business event. She even went as far as calling the store in British Columbia to get an item shipped to my house. Her friendly demeanour, attentiveness, and efficient problem-solving skills make her an invaluable asset to the company. I highly recommend Megan for her outstanding managerial abilities.

Worst customer service ever by the manager. She was one of the most racist persons I have ever met. She did not even try to understand the situation and denied the help even though it was the employee's mistake. Extremely rude and racist.

The Store Manager Megan was rude to my daughters who were doing nothing, she told them to get out to the store… When I tried to talk with her, she ignored me and leaved me talking alone. Two employees listened about this bad treatment and they apologized, the Manager Megan does not. The cashier wanted to compensate the rude treatment and offered $200 CA in voucher, which I rejected… it is how the store wanted to cover the dignity?

I went to the Cross Iron store yesterday in the afternoon, great service from Caitlyn (hope I spelled her name right) at the fitting room, she was really interested in helping me find the right outfits. She was very dedicated and patience. Also Alex was helpful and had a good attitude towards the client.
