There costumer services went way too down and their employees in Edmonton terminal are not professional at all. They used to be good but now seems like they have lost their ethics. They will definitely be loosing a lot of their business since regular construction customers like me are looking for other transportation company for BC deliveries.

They gave me an entirely wrong estimate and tried to charge me $700 more than my original quote, which was well over 20% more than the quote they gave me. They also didn't get back to me when they said they would, leaving me to chase them around on the phone for answers about anything. Was able to talk them down to closer than the original quote but I was thoroughly disappointed with how the whole thing was handled.
