Helped right away, no wait, informative staff. They were super friendly and had great suggestions! We rented street EBikes and it was the way to go. Half day was perfect to see so much!

My friend and I did the Summiteer Via Ferrata tour yesterday, and it was an incredible experience. Our guide, Tom, was wonderful, gave clear directions and made us very comfortable climbing up exposed faces, and made what could have a nerve-wracking experience, so much fun and I felt calm and focused the entire time. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend this tour as part of any trip to Banff for those in physically good shape.

Awesome range of activities! Had the best time Canyoning & doing the Via Ferrata up at Mt. Norquay. The view from the River Explorer was also one of my favourites in Banff! The guides were all amazing - so passionate.

Descente de rafting sur la kicking horse river en passant par hydra river guides: une super expérience! Tres bonne communication en amont sur le lieu de rdv et le temps de circulation. Et sur place, au top! Nous étions dans un bateau avec Drew qui a su donner de la bonne humeur, du rire et des bons moments de partage. Et puis supers sensations sur la descente, avec des gros rapides, de grands mouvements! Nous étions trempés, mais heureux! Je le conseille! (nous etions avec 2 "enfants" de 18 et 19 ans)

Rude Driver
We took the bus drive to lakes and waterfalls with Banff adventures organization.
Me and my wife, we walked in the bus and we had no place to sit. We stood inside the bus for 30 seconds figuring out where to sit. I thought it would be best to ask the driver for assistance since there were 2 bags placed on the seat. When I asked the driver for assistance, he look at me dead in the eye and said "if there is no place, figure it out! " So we just went back in, the driver came behind us and picked up the bag and went away. I understand that drivers may need to reserve area for people with wheelchair, but all I wanted was assistance in pointing out the seats where we are allowed to sit.
The lack of empathy and rude behavior was really appalling and disappointing.
I sort of felt sorry for reaching out to him.
Giving 2 stars since he drove us and did his driving job. Usually I don't like to write such feedbacks, but writing this one, since we did not feel that was a good behavior.
Remember, people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

I did canyoning and white-water rafting with Banff Adventures. I've never done either before they were so much fun! The team is all very helpful and friendly and gave me lots of tips on how to make the most of my stay!

We renated e-bikes here. The staff is really good. Always ready to help. They sorted out the perfect size helmets. They were also helpful jn sorting out through a map to let us know the most convenient trails to visit in the allotted time frame that we had. We also picked up a rental bear spray in case.

Had such a great experience with the knowledgeable team at Banff Adventures. I had no idea what I was going to do in Banff and they gave me some great suggestions for adrenaline activities. I had never heard of Via Ferrata before, such an incredible day, the perfect amount of scary! Then we were heading to Golden on the way to Revelstoke and they told me all about white water rafting. The guides were so friendly, we couldn't stop smiling. Definitely pop in and see them if you don't know where to start when in Banff.

We took the evening wildlife safari and were very disappointed. We went to places that most people go to see wildlife and got few pictures. Driving and hiking the park on our own, we saw much more. We spent 30 min of the 2 hour tour looking at two sheep. We spent some more time looking at a lake with no wildlife on it. The driver was late picking us up to begin the tour and we spent a lot of time dropping people off at their hotels. The tour company doesn’t take you anywhere that you can’t go to for free. You will see the same few animals we saw on the trans Canada highway or visiting the popular outlook spots here. Save your money. I wish I could get a refund.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience here. I came to ask about booking for some activities, and later found out that if I had booked online, I would have saved some money. So rather than informing me of this, it seems I was used to meet some kind of sales target or to make some extra profit. So I ended up booking a cruise on Lake Minnewanka because the worker at Banff Adventures told me that I wasn’t able to book at the lake itself, (which I later found out actually WAS possible and would’ve also saved me some money) and all of this combined is the reason behind my low review. The customer’s interests should always be the top priority.

Really loved our time at Banff Adventures -Zipline Tour as a team of 30 split into 2. The staff (including Kyle, Lucas and Allen) made sure to make the nervous people more comfortable with the experience as well as giving the more experienced fun challenges on the ziplines. Will defo be looking to come back, maybe even for a summer job, who knows?:)

After being away from Banff for years I went to Banff Adventures on day one. Staff were super helpful and nice. We rented bikes and got a canoe rental for an hour. It’s is honesty the best way to acquaint yourself with Banff and get off Banff Ave and into nature.
Easy bike ride down to the Bow Falls and around the Banff Springs golf course, saw some elk, stopped at the Waldhause for a drink (grapefruit Radler on tap) and bite to eat at the Waldhause (amazing poutine!)
Then to the canoe docks for a paddle up the river for the best Mountain View’s. Great customer service all the way! Thank you Banff Adventures for making it happen!

Very friendly and honest service. We rented mountainbikes here and did a 75 km trip. The mountain bikes were very good and comfortabel. Unfortunately we had 2 flat tires on the way (which normally only occurs a few times a year), but for that we received a nice and fair compensation afterwards.

My husband and I bought their wildlife and gondola tours, which we both liked, and rented great e-bikes for a half-day that took us all the way to Sundance Canyon and back. Excellent customer service with an office in Banff.

I went on the Consolation Lake hiking tour and had a wonderful experience. Max was our guide and he was great, both as a professional and knowledgeable tour guide and as a fun and enthusiastic person to be around. I felt very confident that I was in good hands.

Transportation was convenient as I was staying in Canmore and drove to the Banff Train Station which had plenty of free parking and was picked up there. We stoped along the way for a coffee and restroom break and there were restrooms when we arrived at the start of the hike. On the ride, Max taught us about the geography, history, and wildlife of the area. We spotted 2 elk along the way which was very cool.

This was my first group hike and I was thrilled with how quickly our group of 12 bonded. I got to know everyone on the hike throughout the day. It was a cold and rainy July day but that didn't seem to affect anyone's mood as we were all in high spirits. The hike itself was amazing. From Moraine Lake, over a rocky hill, and through the forest trail to Consolation Lake, the views were unreal. We stopped along the way to learn about nature and to enjoy the scenery and took some time at the end of the trail to really soak it in and appreciate this beautiful land before heading back. I will never forget this day.

Update! Jayson called me and offered me a refund in full of I remove this review. Again unethical. Warning! This is a third party booking agency that only cares about making money and not the care of your trip and experiences. We booked a trip to the Ice fields and prepared to leave Canmore with ample time to arrive, check in and explore a bit before our tour of the glacier. During our drive we experienced several road construction delays that took up precious time to make it to our tour in time. There was over an hour delay at the bridge just before the glacier park that we never received any courteous emails, phone calls etc informing us to adjust our time for the traffic delays. The traffic was so bad the people were getting out of their cars and walking around during the hour long wait. We are not from Canada so there's no way we would have know ourselves. When we contacted the agency a representative named Jayson told us that it's our fault and they will not offer a refund but would book us another day which wouldn't work for us because of itinerary conflicts. How is construction delays a customers fault? How horrible of him to say. I informed the agency that I have photographic proof of the construction delays but again he did not care. I will attach photos here. This agency is unethical.

We did the cave tour and the whitewater rafting experiences. I’ve done caves and whitewater rafting elsewhere. WHOA this was better! What an experience! Not fit the faint of heart.

Called for a price the lady gave me one price and then kept switching the price.saying it’s dynamic pricing. Saying $60 at 12: 10PM VS. Going now at 11: 30 AM. I asked to take the 12: 10PM but then “suddenly” was looking at the wrong screen. Meanwhile my friend called them 20 minutes prior and was quoted $50? I don’t recommend.as you don’t want to be all of sudden charged a higher price on your credit card. With these prices suddenly “changing” within the same call.sketchy price changes.

Banff Adventure staff are so friendly and professional, they booked me in for the snowmobiling tour which was incredible and one of my favourite days I’ve had in Banff so far. 11/10 would recommend.

Booked with them the snowmobiling tour and it is one of the most amazing experiences, so easy to book and personnel is very helpful and kind. Looking forward to do it again next winter.

Very friendly staff, helpful with skate rentals and purchasing tour packages and tickets. Our guide, Ross, was great too for the Johnston Canyon Hike, she is very knowledgeable and took great care of the group. What I am a little dissatisfied about though is the fact that we weren't told the Upper Falls of the trail is closed for the season, yet the price of the package remain the same with less to offer. The hike itself was quite short and I was somewhat expecting to see the big falls. The closure is of course no fault to the tour company, but perhaps a heads up upon purchase would've been great for me to make an informed decision. The hike without the upper falls I feel was very doable by myself driving there as most of the trail was quite flat. So that made me took 2 stars off.
