A poor show of them and will remind this centre of its poor selection for yrs to come

Stayed at the Professional Development hotel and had a mix-up in my booking as I did not book it, an organizer for an event did, and was not aware of my stay being cut short and check out being at 11am. Teresa, was so unhelpful and accusatory and was just unfriendly, the last thing you want to encounter while you are supposed to be on a fun trip. I just wanted to grab my things now knowing the room was no longer available and she was telling me I had to pay a whole other night just to go grab my things and leave. So disappointing. Thomas on the other hand, talked to me for 2 minutes and got me a key to retrieve my things which I did in 10 minutes and returned my key. They were still cleaning my floor so nothing was delayed in cleaning either. It was just a case of being a human being and a small mistake that I had no control of but was being penalized for. I hope no one else has to experience this.

We stayed on campus and dined at both Vistas and MacLab. The accommodations were clean, attractive, and the meals were good.
Staff were always upbeat, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was safe and enjoyable.

Small hike to get here, I came to watch a ski movie, is sooooo beautiful the location, you have to walk around here and watch the sunset

One of my favourite Banff experiences was coming and staying here for a class. The staff and facilities were top notch. Great to see a place like this amidst the beauty of the Rockies!

Prior to the pandemic the Centre used to focus on artists being an integral part of the community. Now their focus is conferences, a vast majority of educational programs are removed and previous practicums/artists no longer have a hotel discount (it’s very expensive now). There doesn’t seem to be any effort to maintain the vibrant community that once existed and there is far less technical staff to support the use of the resources for learning and art due to layoffs. It’s still a beautiful place, but I don’t see the same priorities anymore.

We stayed for a conference, but we enjoyed it longer for fun. This place had great amenities. The trail to town isn't long. The indoor fitness center has something for everyone (pool, hottub, cardio, weights, and great indoor rockclimbing). Everyone was really nice and helpful.

Have played a lot of shows in the Eric Harvie Theatre, the Margaret Greenham Theatre, and the Rolston Recital Hall over the years. I've thoroughly enjoyed working with production and programme staff members including Dave Miller, Gina Bennett, Martin Finnerty, Stuart Bremner, Meghan Brothwick, Casey Prescott, Katie Smith, and Cate Thomason-Redus. A bit of a shame that they rebranded and re-missioned as they did, but happy to see that the Music and Sound facilities are still alive and well, and that they managed to renovate the large theatre despite the battle they were fighting with Town Council.

Best place to see an event is the Jenny B (old Eric Harvie) theatre. Since the Reno. It’s gone down from 900 to 600 seats making it wider more comfortable to see events.

Incredible view from room. Amazing hospitality. Food was great! All tucked away from the bustle of the town.but with such close access. Perfect.

A spectacular facility in so many ways and a real pleasure to be staying here! I am only a few days in to two weeks but you deserve 5 stars out of 5 all the time. Operating a facility of this size with this level of excellence is tough. As a Director of Marketing for 30 years in Western Canada I would gladly offer you my advice or consulting service to take you to the next level because everything can be better. But I’m impressed and will tell everyone of my time here for years to come!
