Fantastic Resorts with cute Charlets. More than 40 private Charlets to stay in. Each of them could keep more than 6 ppl. With privat deck including a gas BBQ. Perfect guest service. Special thanks to our night concierge Amanda. She made our stay outstanding.

"Freddy" a latino gentleman (though he wasn't a gentleman at all and I use the term loosely) with a full black beard and a large cross earring was sitting and gossiping on the guest couch and appeared to be annoyed by the mere appearance of guests trying to check in. He looked down his nose (which brought to mind a waiter in a snooty Paris restaurant) and informed us, in his arrogant and belittling manner, that check-in was not until 5 pm. We got back from town at 6pm (this place is located a 10 minute drive from town) and the room was still not ready. But the lady that informed us of this fact was at least used to dealing with the public and so she informed us in a gracious manner and gave us a late checkout. Front of the house staff should never act like snooty French waiters who think of the hotel as their own personal feifdom.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Banff Mountain Gate Resort and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The rustic cabins had a charming and authentic feel that made me feel right at home in the mountains. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently located near Canmore and Nakiska, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding areas.

One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of wildlife that came onto the property. It was a treat to wake up in the morning and see deer grazing right outside my cabin. It really added to the overall wilderness experience.

Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a cozy and rustic mountain getaway. The location is perfect for exploring the area, the cabins have a great atmosphere, and the wildlife sightings just add to the overall charm of the resort.

This place is amazing.
These beautifully renovated chalets have everything you need! All you need to pack is your clothes and food, everything else is provided for you.
Family friendly! Pool, hot tub (Indoor and outdoor), games room, life size chess, hiking, outdoor basketball and tennis, horse shoe toss, out door community fire pit, and playgrounds. Can't get much better than that!
Staff is unbelievably friendly, and for us always eager to help!
My family comes here annually, and continue to plan on doing so.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Facilities are showing their age. Roomy cabins with large decks. Appreciate that each cabin is independent with well stocked kitchens.

Our stay here was wonderful!
Very cozy and warm.
It was disappointed that pool area was closed during our stay and we booked without knowing this. But they did sent us info through the app but still. It was only few days before our stay.
Staff was friendly!

I dont have one bad word to say about this resort. We love the place, kids had so much fun. So much to do, very relaxing and clean! We are going back in March!
