Banff Trail Riders - Corrals

What a wonderful experience! The staff were very professional and cared about the horses. The guides were friendly and attentive. The trail was stunning and interesting and perfect for a family of wannabe riders with little but some experience. The horses were lovely and it was just a perfect activity to do.

Meh I would go elsewhere. Women on the front desk was so rude whilst checking in, don’t be in a customer service role if you’re gonna be rude to excited guests. Several reviews said about being late so we made sure we were extra early. They don’t start the briefing until 15 mins before and it’s about 2 mins of common sense stuff so it’s sad to hear they don’t accommodate more. The actual ride was pretty decent, our tour guide Karina was definitely the highlight. Only staff member that looked happy to be there. I would recommend moose mountain horseback adventures over this company. So much more personable.

Great guides and a great tour. They took on our child (12 years) who is smaller than most 8 year old riders, like absolte Champs. She loves horses but was nervous about actually controlling a horse herself. The guides were fabulous. As a family we went on the ride we will never forget, and my child was able to do something she didn't think she could ever do on her own. I will always encourage people to try this out it's the best experience in banff you can get. Gondolas what? No get on a horse if you want to experience Banff.

This place is a joke! We show up to the Banff Traul Riders location, on time, to check in. They say we are at the wrong stables and tell us where to go and say they will call ahead to the other stables. We rush over and show up 5 mins late past the check in time and they wouldn't take us. Other people in the group didn't even have their horses yet and no one went over safety instructions yet. They could have easily let us join. Three workers totally ignored us! We kept saying uh hello, and they ignored us. Then they said there's no refund and couldn't get us on another time. Don't give me "safety" as your reasoning because we were standing there and heard it all. Very poor customer service, you should be ashamed for stealing our money.

Excellent trail ride with very chill horses and very knowledgeable leaders. I had never ridden a horse before, but after a quick introduction I felt completely happy for the 1.5 hour ride out.

Organised, experienced guides with smooth horse riding along the trail, crossing the river. I was very excited riding Sulphur with other horse riders (10 riders+ 2 ladies one guiding the front and one in the back. Both were experienced, and they gave proper and clear instructions. It was an excellent ride, and thanks for the ladies.

Had an awesome time and the tour guide was great. Got to do two river crossings on the spray ride with beautiful sights.

Emma was really rude we got there a couple minutes late but still before the safety and instructions started no one acknowledged us there were 4 of them just standing there staring at us and told us we could not get on even before the horses left! Very disappointed would not even get us a refund or put us on another time we came from another country just get turned away from experience we booked from a month an advance never coming back here again!

Emma was very rude. We had a reservation for 11am we called stating we were going to be late, we arrived 10 min late they were putting people on the horses nobody was at the check in nobody acknowledged us just stared as we were waiting to be helped. After they sent off that crew they said unfortunately we cannot do anything for you no refund no working in. If they wanted too they could. Very dissatisfied
