Just did my third ride with this outfit yesterday. Once again, was amazing and relaxing and gave me a much needed happy boost.
The spray ride is my favourite for sure, but the one hour bow river is great as well. The horses are well taken care of and I believe mostly rescues. The staff are so nice, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The ride is gorgeous. Both stable areas are so nice as well. Makes me happy being there before the horse ride.
The only downside is no option to tip with debit. I feel so bad I always forget to bring cash or have secure pockets and you can’t bring a bag. Wish there was some other way to tip! They definelty deserve it.

What a wonderful experience. The trail was stunning and interesting. The horses were lovely and my instructor Natalieccowan is so nice and friendly. We enjoyed a lot.

We went for an hour long ride, 2 adults. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Our Horses were tame and well trained for us novices. The route was Scenic and enjoyable, it was everything we expected.

Banff Trail Riders is an absolute must. The staff are amazing and super friendly, making the horse ride seem like a breeze. The horses are also amazing. We did the Bow River Ride with 2 amazing guides and horses Taco &. Wilson.

I took my 8 year old daughter on the 1 hour trail ride down bow valley river and it was absolutely beautiful and so memorable. I also have to mention how WONDERFUL the guides were with my daughter especially the one leading us on the trail. I can't recommend this enough. 10/10. Thank you Banff Trail Riders for an unforgettable experience!

Horrible Customer Service. Ignorant front staff. Saddles are cheap and extremely uncomfortable, especially for men. They do not pair a properly sized saddle for each person. The staff were very rude, their tone and attitude is unprofessional.asked us to prove we weren't disabled by waving our arm around in front of them. Thought it was some kind of joke until they said they would deny us our $320 worth of services we had already paid for and said they do NOT issue refunds even if you don’t go.

Save your hard earned money on something else or go with one of the other horse riding companies in the area.

A very nice guided 2 hour ride in Banff National Park. The horses are very good and definitely suitable for beginners. Many thanks to the 2 girls (Emma, ​​unfortunately I can't remember the other name) for the guided tour and the sufficient explanation of the area. Gladly again.
