There isn't much at the visitor center unless you want to line up and ask a question. That's basically all it is. Some maps and pamphlets on the side. Was thinking there might be some information displays or something, but no real point going unless you have a question to ask the staff.
After a horrible experience being refused entry to Brewhouse restaurant with my service dog, the lady at the visitor center bent over backward to insure my shuttle ticket to Lake Louise would be honored, I showed up at the ski park and ride and was greeted with a smile and a “sure your service dog can accompany you, no problem. ” It was a lovely experience and I thank everyone involved in helping me out. What could have been a ruinous holiday turned into a gorgeous day of sightseeing. I thank you all.
The info they provide is great. The parking lot is always interesting. The number of different languages you'll hear in that parking lot sounds like you're in a Sci fi film.
