Very poor customer service. Never saw a welcoming face or recognition. Instead they could have self serve payment system to save cost. Some items are overpriced

Almost everything can be found here but place is very small, hardly much space to move around

Its an amazing store for all authentic South Asian groceries. I regularly visit the store and always have been helped by the staff who are all very helpful.

I bought some fish, I cooked it, but it tasted very old and bad, when I checked the date on packaging it was expired, I called the store before taking it back, they said you can bring it back, when I took it back, they refused to take it, they were telling me, why you didn’t check the date before buying it and I explained that I did not pay attention about the date, it is your job not sell expired foods, especially, fish, he, said, we are selling expired fishes it is your job to check the date before buying, once we sell expired items we don’t take it back, especially fish it is our rules, his behaviour was not professional at at all very rude, and disrespectful and not willing to do refund or exchange. He was keep talking about his rules and laws, I don’t know what kind of laws and rules they have, as far as I know, it is Canada’ food safety laws not to sell expired items, especially fish, when customers bring back items that taste awful, it is their right to get refund or exchange, They just know to take people’ S money and sell their expired items v wish, I could include some of the photos of their expired fish. And the most disgusting part is the fish which I returned he kept it in his freezer, obviously he is selling it to someone else.zero customer service

This store has a variety of Bangladeshi products, I visited there yesterday and this is my first visit and I found the staff is very nice and they provide very good customer service.

I am new in calgary and one of my friend told me about this store and when i visited there i found it really big having variety of products, their customer service is really nice. I having a difficulty in finding some stuff, then they help me out there.

I would give them negative stars if I could. No customer service, zero recognition, sky high bad attitude and not friendly. They don't acknowledge your presence and if you say something they don't reply back. They don't say hello and don't thank you. So I will go buy my things from somewhere else now. I'm never going there. We try to support local businesses but they don't seem to be respectful.

Had their catering many time…
Food tastes best among all other catheters and moreover portions are unbeatable.highly recommended

Good collection of Bangladeshi, Pakistani spices, rice, biscuits, breads.

Variety of meat available.
