Fantastic Banh Mi! The owner was so nice, great customer service. We had the special and I am looking forward to trying more.
Update: We went back and tried the Satay beef sub. OMG! This was the best satay beef banh mi I have ever had! Again, the service was fantastic. Everyone who works here is sooo nice and friendly

New owner, new setup/design very clean, authentic Vietnamese sub, variety of choices, easy to get access along 17Ave, plenty of parking, quick, accurate and very friendly services, definitely become my regular stop for breakfast or lunch!

Me and a couple of friends came by and our experience was a pleasurable one, the workers were really kind and the food was exquisite. It was really good!

Excellent banh mi! I tried the satay beef, and the meat was so flavourful and seasoned well.the pickled vegetables were perfectly crunchy and not too sweet, not too sure (bang on how I love my Vietnamese pickles). The butter used is authentically Vietnamese and was delicious.can't wait to try one of their other subs that has pate included!

Great place. Amazing quality and family recipes that aren't your standard restaurant. Owner and employees were great, made sure you got the best Banh Mi for you. Highly recommend.

I only tried 2 kind of banh mi so far. The special and bacon. Both are very good. Will come back to try all other type.

I’ve given this place two chances. The first chance was back when they first opened, the management and service wasn’t that good, because the owner was short staffed at the time during opening hour. The wife seemed overwhelmed and distressed, and didn’t remember any of the orders. I had the banh mi dac biet with my bf. It was ok, it wasn’t that good. We were disappointed. But I believe restaurants should be given another chance as they were new. Need time to work out the kinks and whatnot.
However, the second time I tried again after 1 month from opening. I ordered the banh mi thit nuong. It was really good! We both liked it much better compared to the first time we tried. There was definitely an improvement in the store since then.
I can’t wait to try the other banh mi options.
