Barbecue Country

Unbelievably unprofessional service. Bought a very expensive Broil King BBQ which after a couple of year has begun to rust. Anyone that has any exceptions of any service whatsoever after the sale is sadly mistaken to the point that the employee actually told me that she didn’t get paid enough to have to deal with any of my concerns outside of giving me the manufacture website. STAY AWAY at all costs! I was forced to put a star in to leave this review…ZERO STARS

The services that I have received from Ryan was truly 10/10. His professionalism and knowledge was excellent.
In 2022 I had purchased a Large Big Green Egg from Ryan and I keep going back for my charcoal and other "toys". Each time I go, he's always there to assist you and reply to any questions that you may have.

I place I hate to love. Great selection of spices and rubs. Always buy more than what I plan on. If I had more room I am sure I would have a few BBQs too.

The two gentlemen in the Parts Department are so knowledgeable and helpful regarding Weber BBQs. Harrison used his sleuthing techniques to confirm the model of one of our three Weber models and knew the part we needed. The other gentleman, sorry I do not recall his name, kindly called when a part had arrived. BBQ Country is fortunate to have team members who know the products exceptionally well. One can also find an amazing range of useful accessories that make the BBQ experience even better. Kudos!
