Been shopping here for years, and this summer it seems their sales staff are now full commission sharks. I’ve purchased a griddle, charcoal grill, and two pellet grills in the last 5 years. Before this year I would have given 5 stars and strongly recommend. This spring every time I’d go to grab pellets or charcoals I’d be pounced on by sales staff. I upgraded my smoker a couple weeks ago, and after spending $3,200 on my new grill and accessories, my sales guy quickly jumped on the next customer in the door while I made three trips to my car carrying my accessories and pellets. Not a mom and pop shop anymore, shop around for the best price because you aren’t getting great service like you used to at bbq galore.

Items are quite overpriced compared to other places. Also they seem to get more commission from Broil King.just read online reviews about Broil King's quality and you can figure out whose side they are really on.

Had a very enjoyable time buying a fire table with the help of our salesman Tek. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure tactics involved. The installation went incredibly quickly and flawlessly. Will definitely visit them again for any future purchases.

The staff are extremely friendly and although I had a misunderstanding about all the pieces that came with the Patioflame gas firepit, Beverley was super helpful and easy to talk to. I recommend stopping in if you are looking for a firepit, they have some good options. Their team put the unit together and it was waiting for me on time. Thanks

Had fantastic service from Michael who helped me with the purchase of my patio umbrella and patio rugs. The service was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I had a hard time deciding on which umbrella to buy but Michael's patience and knowledge helped me with the right umbrella. I highly recommend this company and Michael. I will refer this company to friends and family.

Delivery was fast and efficient as was the entire experience of finding the right barbecue for us.

We visited the South location today to look for a new grill. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Pamala D. Pamala was a breath of fresh air, she has a fabulous sense of humor, but compliments that with an impressive depth of knowledge with zero pressure. We were not sure we were actually going to buy today…we did! Thank you Pamala, can’t wait to do this again, next time we are getting some chairs!
