First time customer and the experience was great! Vincent/Vinny was my barber and he was fantastic. His attention to detail was superb and his fading technique was excellent! He checked in with me throughout the cut and made sure I was happy with the results.
Vinny just moved to Edmonton all the way from Scotland 10 weeks ago, so let’s show him some support!

Vincent is one of the best barbers I’ve ever visited. He listens, gives input, and truly cares about his craft. Awesome guy to chat with and even better barber!

Came for the first time today to get my beard shaped and trimmed after 2 years of Covid growth. I booked with Paige after seeing good reviews and was not disappointed. Very friendly, accommodating, and provide great feedback and options. Paige is moving to parlourbaba so I may have to go there now. The atmosphere of this barber shop is great and everyone is friendly. It is worth checking out.

I’ve started going to this location since I moved back to Edmonton and getting cuts with Robin.

Not only did I receive a great haircut every time, but also excellent advice on styling and hair treatment/health. Within a couple of weeks of taking this advice I noticed a huge improvement in my hair health and texture.

Jennifer is now my go to Barber, not only is she understanding and knows what she's doing with hair but she's hilarious. The other staff are great too, what they know they tell you and what they don't they won't BS you. 10/10, deserves to be busier.

First Haircut in about 4 years. I wanted to donate my hair. I had done it before with Brandi so I knew she was the only one to do it again. I was a little nervous about cutting off all my hair, but she did an amazing job and I feel 10lbs lighter.haha. Anyway, go to Barber HA! Go see Brandi and everyone else. Get a cut, shave, trim & anything else you can think of. Also great selection of products from Holland (Ruzel) all the way to our own back yard with Like Grandpa! 10/10 would recommend over and over.

Robin was an absolute gem! He listened to what I wanted and delivered, the space is clean and welcoming, everyone is friendly, it's a place you can go and feel included. Good vibes all round. I was in Edmonton looking at apartments and jobs with the potential of moving here, Robin was one of the people the helped me make that decision and gave me good information on the city. I appreciated his conversation and friendliness just as much as the haircut he gave me.

As someone who struggles with anxiety disorder, Connor has always made Barber Ha feel like a safe space for me. Every time I book an appointment, I look forward to quality chats and some good laughs. I never have to worry about how my cut will turn out because I leave feeling fresh every time. I truly appreciate the Barber Ha team and the welcoming environment they foster.

Great place, been getting my hair cut here for years. Online appointment booking is the pinnacle of convenience for the lazy/socially awkward/bad on the phone people like me. A little expensive, but well worth it for something I get done like once or twice a year.

Great salon super friendly staff. I have had my haircut with Jen Ha a couple times and she is great. Super easy to talk to and a great cut. She def saved me from pandemic hair and Barber Ha will def by my go-to place when I am in Edmonton. Very clean, and total adherence to Covid-19 public health protocols as far as I could tell.

Absolutely phenomenal place. Wonderful atmosphere and employees. Kate is my go-to barber. She is skilled in cuts, conversation, and making me feel welcomed. I have never left disappointed.

Folks at Barberha are professional, friendly, and they are certainly good at what they do. I've been getting haircuts at Barberha for nearly a decade now, and I'm very happy with the services these folks provide. I very much suggest trying their offers and memberships (annual / 12 or more haircuts) for less expensive haircuts.

I just got a COVID clean up cut from Vea. 110% happy, great haircut, great person, great shop and the front end dude (I forget his name) was also super accommodating and great! Have I said, that I had a Great experience yet? Thanks guys!

Love this place! Sure it’s a bit more expensive than SuperCuts but the service is phenomenal and you always get the exact haircut you want.

Have been coming here for 4 years, always a great experience. Experienced and friendly barbers. Clean, cool, comfortable. Extra points for having a good covid safety procedure.

I went for my first time yesterday and had a very good experience. Christian was the one to cut my hair. He did exactly what I wanted and what I asked of him. He was even giving tips of how my wife could cut my hair (as she is learning). Job well done and professional.

UPDATE: refused me service when I was 5 or 10 mins late for an appointment. I went back again later and I had to wait 20+ mins past my appointment time to get a haircut. Would be nice if there was some give and take.

I've been going to see Mark at Barber Ha for a long time. He always does a fantastic job with my hair and he's great to talk to. The shop itself always has a very friendly and chill environment. Highly recommended.

Have had my beard for nearly a year and a half and it was in dire need of some TLC. Decided to take it to Barber Ha and was booked with Kate. My appointment started exactly when it was booked. She gave me the hair cut I wanted and made my beard look amazing. The front staff was friendly and prompt and the shop was very clean. I'll be returning there from now on!

I've been coming to barber ha for the past 3 years now and I've always had amazing service from my barber and the front end staff. Even when situations have come up that I'm not with my regular barber I was treated very well and quite professionally. I always recommend them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I have been going here for about a year now and have been continuously amazed at all of the positive additions and the excellent service. The support for local businesses like Bloom and the Grizzlar is uplifting and shows how engaged Barber Ha is in the community.

In terms of cuts I have had beard trims, hair cuts and hot shaves with several different barbers here. All of them have been good, however more often than not they have been amazing. One Barber, Kate has been particularly amazing at both being easy to talk to and providing stylish hair cuts.

I've been going to Barber Ha since they've opened on Whyte and will essentially refuse to go anywhere else. Top notch service each and every time and great conversation to boot. Well done.

Scheduled an appointment with Robin and was pretty disappointed with the customer service i received. I was on my way to my scheduled appointment when there was a traffic accident on my way to whyte so i was going to be a few mins late. I had the courtesy to call before and notify them i was going to be late because its the right thing to do. One minute later i get a call back and they tell me “if you’re going to be later than 10 mins don't bother coming since it will just waste other peoples time. ” Okay.a little rude but whatever i brushed it aside. I came in FIVE minutes late and Robin straight up refused to cut my hair and practically told me because i was five minutes late he cant and i need to reschedule.really? He sent me out the door because of something that was completely out of my control? In all my years I've never seen that kind of clientele or customer service. Word of advice maybe get some customer service SKILLS before you work in the service industry. Safe to say i wont be coming here again.

New favorite! Got my haircut done after being introduced from a wedding party haircut and shave, and definitely going back again and again for the proper cut I want.

I'd like to thank Brandi for her excellent work and superb customer service! I have been bald for over 20 years and haven't been to a barber in for that time. I recently grew out my beard and after 4 months decided to get a trim. She did such an excellent job I got multiple compliments throughout the rest of the day - and let me tell you my friends.that never happens.

Great barber shop with top notch barbers and great staff all around. Mark was my barber for years and he’s exceptional. Every time I arrive I’m greeted by name and made to feel at home. A wonderful local business.

Don't go to Mark! He cut into my skin and left a bald spot on the back of my head. The worst thing is that he didn't even tell me about it as it was really obvious. I only found out when I got home. So much for charging $50 bucks for a cut. But the rest of the staff are good and friendly and never had a bad experience with them.

Service was amazing. I had appointment with Vinny and he did amazing job. He was friendly, fast and most important haircut I got is exactly what I wanted. Great value for money.

I've been going here for the better part of three years and have had my hair done by no less than 5 people including the owner, and every one of them has been exceptional! Make an appt. Walk ins on Sat will have you waiting a long time off you are not on the top set of stairs when they open.

I've come here a handful of times in the past year, and left impressed every time. I'm going out of town to party in a few days, so I made an appointment with Robin, and he nailed the skin fade. These guys/girls are pros. Thanks!
