Good food but wow was the service slow and after it takeing so slow my burrito was still full of holes and I had to eat it with a fork definitely not fast food

They provide me great customer service and i tried there quesadillas which were really good

Vary reasonable priced and very delicious food. Have been to this location 5 times times kids love and actually eat the tacos. My husband always gets the pulled pork burrito with double meat and myself I love how refreshing the bowls are! Keep up the good job guys we will be back on Sunday:)

The service was really really slow. There were no rice in the bowl and the quantity was also very less for the price. For a vegetarian a bowl with no rice is only veggies and beans. Really disappointed.

Well we ordered off of Uber eats as they had a special.we received the order with only half the order. I called and was told nothing can be done and I asked for a refund or to speak with a manager. No Manger there of course but if I drove to the location the manager would be there. I decided to drive down and still no manager lol. I was just really disappointed with the level of service as it's not hard to make two burritos that were not with our order. It was a buy 1 get 1.
Even if I did it wrong on the app which I still am not too sure how since I have done it in the past why not just make it to retain the customer. Now you have lost me as a customer and this could have been avoided by simply making the extra two burritos.soo much for customer service!

Placed an online order for pickup, 2 quesadillas with corn, tomatoes, green pepper, salsa and cilantro.

Minutes later, I received a call from the restaurant, the young lady said "You didn't specify if you want cheese on your quesadillas" It's a quesadilla. I explained the only option online was "no cheese" and yes please I would like cheese. The response was a slightly snarky "My bad I guess"

Ffwd: we are at home with our food. I'm used to delicious, hot, crispy quesadillas from this restaurant. Upon opening the container, I could tell something was wrong.
There was hardly any cheese, and it was 0% melted. The tortilla was soft and floppy. These clearly hadn't seen a second in the oven. My wife's quesadilla also came with hardly any chicken, and loads of onions and jalapeno which she had to pick off. I turned on the oven and cooked our food so it was at least edible.
Meanwhile, I called the restaurant to inform them of the error, and our displeasure at the general quality of the meal. The same young lady responded with ANOTHER "My bad I guess". No apology, no effort to rectify the situation, I had to ask what they can do about it.
I was unwilling to drive another 25 minutes to pick up new food. They offered to keep my name and receipt at the restaurant for a free meal next time. I requested a refund at least for my wife's meal and was told they can't do refunds.

The whole thing was so poorly handled, I was left feeling like it was my fault the order was wrong. This location needs to step up their training and have a chat with their staff about the careless attitude they present to their guests. I have contacted the company via online form, but I'm not optimistic this can be rectified.

Veg Burrito bowl got it delivered and it was good sized portion and veggies were fresh. We asked for sauce on the side and it was more than what we wanted. 5 stars for our experience and quality.

Worst bar barrito ever. There was a deal for national barrito day. He wrongly charged us $46.00 for full order. Poor quality. Owner dont know how to behave with customers. Owner need to learn some manners.

Hard shell tacos smelt aweful and tasted bitter. It seemed the expired stuff isn't thrown away.

If you call to request extra sauce, the guy who answers the call (sounds like he has an asian origin) is super mean! Hangs up while you’re talking.

Food is so fresh, love that they wear gloves and hair nets. The staff are friendly and amazing at their job. Bar burrito is a cut above.

So they raised their prices and no longer offer combos. We frequent the one in Crowfoot NW Calgary. My husband ordered for our family of 4 and asked for lettuce, tomato, corn, onion, sour cream and quacamole in my shrimp tacos. The amount of toppings I got are pathetic. The guacamole between the 3 tacos is maybe a teaspoon. No lettuce and like 2 little pieces of tomato. Maybe a tablespoon of cheese between the 3 tacos. One kids meal and 3 adult meals was over $75! Extremely disappointed and we won't be going back.

This place is an absolute joke of a business. We tried placing an order on line and it wouldn't accept payment, so we waited for the store to open to place the order by phone for pick up. Half way through placing the orders (there were a lot as we are a business), the staff there said it was too large of an order and they were scared we weren't actually going to pick it up and wanted someone to go place the order in person. Which for us as a business is inconvenient.we ordered somewhere else and will never try them again. Give someone else your business if you can.

I ordered online 25 minutes after placing my order I get a call from Bar Burrito saying they do not have any rice ready I asked if I can wait for rice? They said no it takes a very long time I asked what does that mean for my order the girl on the phone said she didn’t know she sounded very young and inexperienced maybe the manager should be making these calls I asked if I can still get the burrito minus the rice she had to ask her manager or coworker she said I could I asked if there would be a discount or compensation? She asked again she came back saying no since the rice doesn’t cost anything it’s not about the cost of the rice but about the inconvenience to my order if they are currently out of rice maybe they shouldn’t be accepting orders or remove the rice option off the online ordering. Poor customer service. When my order arrived it had rice in it I thought they were out of rice where did the rice come from? Such a confusing and frustrating experience!

So delicious! If you’re looking for amazing Mexican food… try this place! I’m super picky with flavours (don’t like beans, certain spices) and everything was so flavourful, filling, portions are great! We’ve had an amazing experience every time we order from here. Everything arrives warm and fresh! I’d rate it higher if I could:)

Tried the shrimp and fish tacos yesterday and they were super delicious! They came with salsa chips to my surprise which makes it even better. Great portions. Perfect sauce to food ratio.

We came at 8: 40 all topings were low corn was not available. Lady working seens not intrested in opening new corn bag for 4 of us. (she said it will bea while if you want to wait.) We had to go somewere else due to her lake of intrest. This was our first visit.

The worst burrito experience I had with this store today. I eat there regularly, the food use to be good. I order a regular burrito, it supposed to be 2 spoons black beans and 2 spoons ground beef and I got 1.5 spoon black bean and 11/3 beef. I said all veggies no tomatoes and she is trying to put tomato. In the end she can not even roll it up properly, and the source was leaking everywhere. You know why you can’t roll it properly because there is not much inside for you to roll.

I am always fan of quesada burritos and always having meal from there. For the first time I thought to try new one and I went in Bar Burrito. These Guys don’t providing quantity as per price they charge and also the proportion of the ingredients is so unequal that you won’t have proper taste of what you are expecting. That guy literally sprinkled the salad, I was eating beans and rice. I won’t ever try again.

I have ordered food from here before but this time tonight the quanity was way less than its ever been. There is barely any rice in my chicken bowl and the taco chips Supreme didnt have that much topppings it was all at the top and then you just get plain chips when there isnt much toppings like their normally is

Although i was there at 9: 57 and they close at 10 and they were trying to say no. Thats ok i know everybody wants to go home.
But here comes another twist, the guy added guacamole in the bill and did not added in the bowl. That can be a mistake but when my wife asked him about it he said its an add on almost everybody takes it. Dude she didn’t ask u to add it and u did not even added it in the bowl just charging her few extra bucks. Your sign was still OPEN pass 10 pm and u dnt want to take customers before 10. I love Bar burrito but unfortunately all locations cant be same

Busy night for Skip the Dishes. Driver was delayed. Restaurant made the order 1.5 hours in advance, and refused to remake to time with the arrival of the driver up to an hour later (2.5 hours total) when called via phone. Common sense would dictate that the order should be ready for the drivers arrival, not hours in advance. Order cancelled and full refund processed.

I always order the fish tacos from here and they're so yummy! Also it's a very large serving for the price and not to mention the sides you get with it! I'll definitely be ordering from here again

Service and food are always 5! They give amazing portions and are always friendly, fast and produce an excellent product. This has quickly become our “go-to”.

This is my first review of anything, but I really gotta complain about the wetness of the burritos. Drain the beans, drain the pico, this is a sloppy mess.

Edit: upon eating more of this burrito I have decided to change the rating to 1 star.

Foods delicious especially Jamaican Jerk. 4 stars because they are shady with giving you the rewards points, they cue up the debit machine first and then claim that they can’t go back and give you the points

Great burrito and bowl, a bit Americanized but who isn't these days? Very nice staff, though one was wearing a mask with her nose out. Honestly why wear one.

We were inside the store and no one took our order, we waited but the people behind the counter didn't care.too bad, we were suppose to buy for 4 people. Lost sales for today and we're not coming back.

First two times I arrived things went well. This time i got large burrito instead of regular and it was actually smaller than the regular. Good food just buy a regular and save the couple dollars instead since they are basically the same.

This is the second Time that I’ve been to the store and they have disappointed. First time around they were so stingy with the portioning that the burrito bowl look like a kids bowl. Tried to give it a chance 6-7 months later they’re out of rice at 6: 30 PM. How can you be out of rice during dinner rush when there’s nobody in the store. I think you have a great concept but if you don’t have any customer service or any product what are people going to come back for. I’d rather go to Muchoburrito

Absolutely Phenomenal Experience here at BarBurrito Symons Valley! I was unsatisfied with my first visit after reopening after COVID-19. However, The manager quickly corrected everything with a refund and even gave me a complimentary meal in return! This is what customer service is all about! I cannot recommend this location enough. Friendly, Kind people and amazing service. Keep it up!

Extremely Poor service. Ordered through skip the dishes. They didn’t send the whole order. Had to drive down to pickup what was missing. No refund offered for the delivery charges or our time. Defeated the purpose of ordering delivery.

I had purchased $50 in gift cards from this location, and at the time of the purchase the employee who was working had no idea what to do. It took her around 5 minutes to figure out how to sell and activate the gift card.

Then a few weeks later I came in and tried paying with the gift card but I was told that it had a balance of $0 on it. I asked her if the balance had been spent or if it was just never activated and she said she doesn’t know how to check that. I then asked if she can print a receipt for me showing the balance and she said she doesn’t know how to do that either.

The staff at this location are absolutely clueless and have no idea how to operate their own system aside from the basics. Thankfully I was able to get it sorted out with their head office and got my money back but it’s absolutely ridiculous that they charged me for the cards and didn’t put the money on and couldn’t even help me figure out why there was a balance of $0 on It.

The flavours and portions of the food are really good quality for “fast food”. The location is very clean and well maintained too.

I hope they open more locations closer to the city Center.

Friendly, clean, cooked meats rt there and all fresh! Super great spices the way it should be! I'm from the States and I should know how Mexican food should taste! I'll be going back. And thank you for friendly service!

The food was amazing the lady who made my food was very fast and polite. The store was clean. Incredible service, absolutely fresh ingredients and flavorful recipes in good portion sizes - served in a fresh and clean environment.

Man it's so good! Plus the owner there is very nice and he wants you to like it. And it shows in the quality of food.

The food was delicious. But they weren't prepared so it was a bit cold. I had to wait for my extreme fries which was ok but then the queso sauce was empty so my fries sat there while they warmed up new queso sauce.

Really Great food. Hot piping tasty variety of Beef, Chicken and Pork. Fresh Veggies, spicy toppings. Real cheese, and tasty Queso. So totally good, cant wait to come back again soon.

I went to this place to try something different from Mucho Burrito and it was fantastic. I tried Jerk Chicken Burrito and it was lipsmacking. The staff was very polite and fast. I went on my lunch break and had limited time to get my food ready and I was out of the restaurant in under 4 minutes.

Must try: Extreme fries, Burrito bowl with Burrito sauce.
