I have read the reviews and honestly I'm not big on reviews because people sometimes don't take accountability and down play their own part.
That being said here is my review
I was living in Tumbler Ridge BC. My elderly buttons had her regular groomer there. (Awesome groomer) This last summer was brutal. The entire town was evacuated on a 1 hour notice due to wild fires. The town is in a valley and filled with smoke. Poor buttons became quite sick and stressed through the evacuation process.
Back home after and my place sold. We moved provinces as she got better.
Grooming was delayed due to the shop being closed, the move, and illness.
I had her into a big store for a grooming but
they said she was too stressed and called me back. They didn't do it. This groomer did. Buttons is shaven now (That had to happen) She is comfortable and healthy.

Not a professional business. Made an appointment for 2: 15. I showed up there store locked and no one is there. Clearly, they decided not to show and don't have decency to let me know. I don't recommend them.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and atmosphere. The care taken for grooming my cat was exceptional. I will definitely bring my toy poodle for grooming and I do recommend Bark & feathers

Our family is extremely happy with the quality of service our kitties received here. We have definitely found our regular groomer!

Atlas always comes home happy and Angela does such a great job grooming him!

My dog loves coming here for his grooming needs. She is amazing with him and she is quick and efficient. She does great work
