"Not taking on new clients" apparently also means that they won't answer a single question about dog grooming OR even sell me their best brand of shampoo products. At least it was only a brief waste of time.

Best staff and overall experience for my dog Bo. He loves it there. The staff go out there way to make you feel welcome, and they are always accommodating in every way possible.

This place is 5 star. I’m from British Columbia and out for a visit and this place has out done anywhere I’ve been too by far. Never had a dog so excited to go in to get cleaned up and come out a couple hours later smelling and looking absolutely mint. Thanks for fixing up Dumas with a spa day.

Staff were so kind, they accommodated us on very short notice and took good care of our pup. We are just fostering her and she is going to her forever home tomorrow, or else i would use this place all the time.

The groomer did an amazing job with my dog unfortunately the staff and front desk was not very pleasant over the phone with me or when picking up my dog. The groomer was very friendly and I would highly recommend her as she is very kind and explains everything in detail unfortunately the lady at the front desk was quite rude

My dog loves it here. Their staff even took the time to report to me when they noticed something wrong about her legs being wobbly (Nothing serious as checked by vet). My dog is tired all day after dog boarding

We’ve been a regular customer for many years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the groomers and the boarding kennels. At Christmas time they even offer an option to have a turkey and vegetables dinner to be served to our fur baby on Christmas Day. They truly care.

Just used for the first time.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility with individual indoor outdoor kennels for our bigger dogs.
Worked with our senior dogs needs and our high strong male alpha dog.
Outdoor area kept clean and secure.
Will use again and recommend.

Very good place to board your dog. I had to board mine for 3 weeks and he loved it. They take exceptional care of ur pet. Definitely will board my dog here again when I need too.

Amazing staff and service. Our lab got stranded in Edmonton during our move out of province. The staff at Barkers went above and beyond ensuring Sawyer was cared for untill we could arrange a flight for him. Thanks for everything Barkers!

We've been taking our family dogs here for years and years whenever we go on vacation. They're always happy to see us when we come to pick them up but they're never in a rush to leave. They love it!

Amazing pet motel, the staff was so great about taking the time to show me around and getting profiles started for my pups. Online booking is convient though i struggle with online things the staff fixed it right up. Drop off and pick up was smooth and my pups were so happy. Staff is well trained and I fully trust my puppers here.
