Horrible experience! We were mislead, told it was the right part, took it home, was not the right part, returned it and was told there were no returns on that item - $1000 out of pocket!
The difference between good service and bad service. Stopped into EMCO this morning for a Delta cartridge replacement, even gave the rep the Delta part number. He came back with a Master Plumber item and said it was interchangeable, told me I should have brought the item in to ensure it was correct. I said I gave you the Delta part number, I am assuming you would know the correct part if you are going to give me a Master Plumber item (or at least attempt to pull it up on your computer). Well it was in wrong part number…. Had to go back and return the part as they did not have any in stock. Drove to their competitors down the road (Bartle & Gibson), asked for the same item; had it in stock, charge me a warranty price 1/10th the cost. Told me that these are covered under warranty. What a difference in service and knowledge. EMCO could take some lessons from their competitors.
The crew at this branch go the distance everyday for me and my company. They are friendly and always have smiles. Kiam is the guy for any Milwaukee tool and their pricing is amazing.

Purchased a hot water tank from the old location to install for my parents. Finished the install only to find that it was leaking from the connection on top. Brought it back and had to have my journeyman at the time come and vouch for me because they told me it was my fault for installing it incorrectly. Only after he showed them his journeyman card did they change their tune. I had installed many hot water tanks before and never had issues and was very frustrated to have to argue in order to have it exchanged. The person behind the counter was very argumentative and overall she was quite rude. I take my business to Emco down the road now.
