In addition to window repair, they've adjusted two exterior doors that were not closing properly. During one service visit they fixed three issues quickly and efficiently! We have been using Basco (Simon, the owner) for a number of years, replacing the glass in our windows instead of replacing the entire window. This process is economical, environmentally friendly, and non intrusive.
Today, Richard was our installer. He was a few minutes early (yay!), very respectful and did a great job…even cleaned the windows before he left!
He did note that one window location posed a security issue for a single installer and called for assistance. Help arrived within the hour and the job was complete safely. Thank you!

Our experience with Basco Calgary was great and the process went smoothly from the start to the finish. The whole team was easy to deal with and the installation went smoothly, started earlier than expected and was finished in the allotted time. We had the glass in all the windows in the house replaced, most of which were bay windows. We noticed that during the hot days that followed the interior of the house was cooler with the double coating and Argon gas filling. We expect we will see a similar effect when the weather gets colder.
