Basecamp motorsports is a fantastic dealership. I had a sled in for inspection that I was looking to purchase. Keldon and his service team went through the machine thoroughly and provided me with a detailed breakdown on the sleds overall condition. Thanks to them I was able to buy a used sled with confidence! I have since had that same sled in for basic maintenance and once again basecamp motorsports provided me with excellent service from start to finish. I 100% recommend them for all your brp needs!

We recently visited Basecamp in Calgary and had an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere was amazing, with everyone happy and smiling, which created a great vibe throughout the shop.

We came to Basecamp to pick up our snow tracks for our quad, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to make the right choice. Their expertise and willingness to help made the whole process seamless and enjoyable.

Not only did I receive excellent customer service, but Basecamp is also such a nice shop. It's well-organized, clean, and has a wide selection of products for outdoor enthusiasts like us.

We highly recommend Basecamp. The staff's helpfulness, combined with the great atmosphere and wide range of products, make it an exceptional place to shop. I can't wait to visit again!

*Elysha* at Basecamp Motorsports has proven to be a great asset in my bike servicing experiences. To date Basecamp has warrantied 2 issues without a hitch on my brand new 2022 Ryker 900 ACE, and also took care of me on a stranded 'No Start' issue that, weirdly, ended up being a fuse cosset that somehow worked its way out of the fuse box panel and was not connecting.

The team at Basecamp Motorsports have been very helpful, understanding and willing to work with me on all things discovered to date on my Ryker. Of course I also have to thank *Mike* and *Erica* for my effortless purchasing experience.

Purchased our new SeaDoo Switch Sport from Mike and his ‘no pressure’ approach was refreshing and fun. He was in touch throughout the process and made sure we were informed and confident to get on the water. Learned even more watching Mike, with Rylan and the team, launching and testing our Switch on the lake! And a big shout out to Erica for making the paperwork and bean-counting a lot more fun. Sent my 2020 ski doo for a simple clutch weight change, took 8 and a half in a shop specialized for it. They did a complementary check up and failed to notice it needed a fuel filter and spark plugs. Had to trouble shoot and change while in Revelstoke. Asked them to drain fuel, they said it will be no problem. They did not drain the fuel. Won’t be going back. Since it’s the only Brp dealership in Calgary, I’m going to have to go with Polaris next year sadly.

Didn't purchase my quad here because of wait times, (not their fault) but have been in for warranty work and other shopping and have never had a issues, always pretty quick turn around (for warranty work) and always fixed right, staff is always helpful and friendly.

Getting time away is so rare, so it was great to find Basecamp Motorsports. My husband and I had a great experience and the personalized service we got from Elysha was awesome! We went in to look at a small ATV and dealt with Max who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! After speaking with the finance manager Erica, we walked out with a brand new Can-Am 450 within the hour! We would highly recommend Max and Erica and will be back to deal with them again!:)

Dont call, dont email, the only you will get helped is by going in. Have called numerous time to buy parts, emailed the parts enquiry email and nothing. My first email enquiry was three days ago and heard noting. Today sat on hold as "#1 in line" for 55 minutes then at 1: 03pm get transferred to voicemail. With demand as high as it is customer service has taken a back seat.

Staff have great technical knowledge. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. For example, a parts shipment was delayed (basecamp not at fault), and they happily gave me a free hat to make up for it. Kirk also stayed late just so I could pick up a part in order to get my machine running at a critical time. Great service, great people.

We purchased a new maverick trail 2022 side by side and Max Hancock help.us and it was amazing from beginning to.end zero complaints. They answered every single question got back to us right away I honestly felt like family there. I was having problems with my skidoo warranty and lack of communication with basecamp. I was very frustrated as there was a lack of communication and zero repair done on my sled over 2-3 months. I was basically told there is nothing they can do because they can’t drive the sled to repeat the performance issues I had experienced.

However, Elysha went above and beyond to make sure my issues with the skidoo and communication was resolved! She made sure everything was worked on correctly, and treated my sled like it was her own. She also had Justin only working on my skidoo after I was given no answers over 2 months of my sled being in the shop. He was able to put in the time and fix my snowmobile properly and professionally. I highly recommend if you have any service or need work done on your machine you make sure you have Elysha and Justin as your advisors! Highly recommend these two and basecamp.

I have to say you have taken the Motorsports dealership experience up a level. I was just in your new location picking up some oil…. Man that place is amazing… was in the show room and heard at least 3 customers say this place is unreal…! Amazingly friendly staff as well… I think everyone said good morning and told me to have a good day…. Sort of abnormal seeing that happen at a Motorsports dealership, turns out you can have customer service at a dealership…. Who knew… lol…. Amazing experience …!

I wasn't very impressed with the service department. I decided to get my sled serviced here for the first time, because of a buddy. I booked my sled in a week in advance knowing that I wasn't going to need it while I was away at work. Basecamp had told me they would start on it next week when they came and picked it up. Day 12 into them having the sled, I got a call asking what was wrong with the sled, basically stating that they had not looked at it yet (18 days from booking). I told them, and was told that I would get a call the next day with what they found. 3 Days later finally got a call for parts that we need to order. I was livid, why was the sled not looked at day 2-3 from it arriving, so we can order parts and wait for that. Instead the sled sat there for nearly 2 weeks before we ordered parts! I arrived home from work wanting to go sledding, but that was not possible by the lack of disorganization at Basecamp.

I will say this, the guys I did deal with were accommodating, and were trying there best. And I understand its covid/short staffed/blah blah blah. But there was zero organization, and I know for a fact the people that spend 20k-30k a year at Basecamp always get first priority. While joe blow like myself get pushed to the back of the line.

I wont be taking any of my 5 toys here again for servicing.

What a Terrible Experience I had earlier this month of Sept 2020! I received a quote for winterizing my Seadoo was $224 without an oil change or $347 with the oil change. When I went to collect my Seadoo a week later the invoice was $539.09. When I asked why so much more than my quote, I was told there were parts. When I asked what were the parts. I was told that this was for the oil, filter, and grease. What a misleading quote. I felt taken advantage of. I dealt with Andy. There was no offer to make things better or understanding for how this wasn't right. I will not be doing any future business with Basecamp. I will ensure that anyone I come into contact with to let them know not to conduct business here.

I thought I would continue to deal with this company after Bow Cycle closed. So far not impressed. Check your part pricing before you get anything from them. As for customer service.they would not even try to help me get the maintenance required cleared for weeks. Bow Cycle did on the trailer in 10 minutes and didn’t even charge for it. Wasn’t looking to get this service free but don’t feel it needs to be dropped off and go back later.

I financed a used RZR 1000 thru Basecamp. First ride I took it on the chain tensioner went on it. I called to ask if there was any kind of warranty since it happened the first 10k on the ride. They said they will look into it. And during the financing I forgot to sign something so they hounded me to sign it and after it was signed they never did return anymore messages from me. Will definitely take my business elsewhere

Before you order any parts off of these rip off artists check online for prices. I'm guessing you can find it for less than half the price elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had a brake problem on my Can am Spyder RT Limited while doing the Canadian Rockies. Called into BJ in service department who immediately sorted out the brakes (new pads and also disks needed) and also obliged by doing a full service. We were back on our travels heading to Yellowstone within 24 hours! Best service I ever received. Thank you, Sean Leyden.

Totally unwilling to help source parts for a 1999 Bombardier Seadoo. "Too old". Previous ownership could source a ScatTrac impeller within a week. New ownership could care less to (re) establish an existing relationship to service their customers.

They had 10 days to get machine ready, the day of pick up I had to wait for 4 and a half hours, for them to get it done. WTF. And they really did not care, said well to off our guys quit. NOT MY PROBLEM, but guess it is. Will not deal with them again, reason for ten days is had to wait for parts, they do not carry much.
I will just eat the cost and buy closes to home next time.

We went there today and really enjoyed our experience. All the staff members we awesome and the customer service was excellent! We took the new Ryker 900 and Ryker rally 900 for a test ride today. We're avid sport riders so it took a few minutes to get used to it. Once we were in our comfort zone it became a pleasure to ride. It definitely has the FUN factor. The seat height and riding position gave us a sense of control and security. We highly recommend anyone who is wondering about this machine to go check it out. Thank you Basecamp Motorsports for your graciousness.

Service, service, service. I broke my X3 and they fixed her up! Base camp went the extra mile, no warranty issues, contacted me for any extra services required and made it a problem free, hassle free experience. Sometimes it can be frustrating and stressful getting our toys fixed but not with basecamp. The haul from BC is worth it. Thanks all involved

Do not use this dealership
very bad experience
took skidoo 850 in for a no start issue under warranty
they had sled for six weeks in middle of sled season
then told me it needs a new engine due to overheat issues not covered under warranty at a cost of 8.5k
went and took a look at engine
i am a vehicle tech and it looked fine to me
asked them if they were sure about there diagnosis
they said yes
picked up sled and motor in three cardboard boxes they charged me $738
for engine teardown

took sled down to A and E in Brooks
they checked it for overheat issues
were none

They put it back together and it starts and runs great
Charged me $2022 for labour gaskets ect

so not happy with dealership
was without sled for 8 weeks and a lot issues trying to rent/borrow sleds

in discussions with new owner to cover my costs on an issue that should have never of happened
will see what comes of it and i will keep in touch

update
new owner still not resolved issue, very unhappy with how they think they can treat customers
i will be going the social media route from now on now that sledding season is starting up

Service completed 2 weeks later than promised (not their fault), units not checked during a pick up (not their fault), drained batteries (not their fault), didn't start (not their fault). Call backs - I think it would be a repetitive comment based on some previous reviews.
