I recently had a wonderful experience at Bath & Body Works, and I must say, their staff truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and satisfied. From the moment I stepped into the store, the staff members were incredibly helpful, offering their assistance and expertise in finding the perfect products for my needs. Not only did they provide excellent recommendations, but they also took the time to explain the benefits of each item, ensuring that I left with products that suited me perfectly. The exceptional customer service combined with the wide range of high-quality bath and body products made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Bath & Body Works to anyone seeking a delightful shopping experience and top-notch assistance.

This is not for the store but the website. I absolutely love the hand sanitizer sprays and they were on the stocking stuffer sale on the BBW Canada website but when I began searching for them they were not showing online whatsoever. Totally bummed: (

This store is well-organized and has a nice atmosphere, which is why I was shocked that a worker was SHOUTING at the top of his lungs. The staff seemed to be doing some reorganizing and he for some reason needed to be heard by the entire store. I’ve seen him several times before at this location (tall with a long ponytail) and he’s loud and domineering even when helping another customer. Please calm down, not everyone needs to hear you shouting obnoxiously and stomping all over the store, ambiance for customers is important.

Great place for body mists and anything body care great halloween collection and good collections. Just in general, they have a buy 3 get 3 on all body care, don't know when it ends sp go while you can

Love this store! Well organized and great staff. Parking needs to allow for handicap stalls but that's not the stores problem.

My husband and I went to Bath and Bodyworks to buy hand soap. Unfortunately B&BW no longer has a table at the back near the checkouts with special prices. We were very disappointed.

Great selection of scented items. My advice, go here AT THE END of your shopping experience as the 12 heavy soaps held in each bag with dental floss as handles will cut through you're hands as you babysit these torture weights is best fit for on the way out.

Went in yesterday and had a horrible encounter with an older white women with bangs, she was extremely condescending and arrogant. Every time I come to this location, staff is always extremely unfriendly. I also noticed several other reviews complaining about the same old woman yet she continues to work there. Disappointing experience, not at all close to the excellence customer provided at the Sherwood park location.

Closes early during the days before Christmas. 7pm on a Friday. Pretty ridiculous I say. Very poor management decision.

I love this location, I live close to another location but choose to make the drive. Jackie at the counter is always super friendly and adds to my shopping experience! I know the turnover in retail can be quick so it’s nice to always see a familiar face when I shop:)

So the place itself is awesome all the staff is friendly Bella at the till was so amazing and sweet. BUT the manager here is horrible not even to me but I witnessed her be very rude to another customer in the store, the manager Mariam. Horrible customer service and very very rude to another customer. Pretty sad that even one of the workers there agreed she is not a nice person. Get her out of there.

I have loved this place since it opened! Only reason it disnt get the 5 stars is that find the candles aren't the same scents/strength this year. Candles I've bought last year seem to have a stronger smell

My favorite still is the foam hand soap a must have stock pile! So many to choose from. Also the room spray is concentrated so a little spray goes a long way and lasts forever (eucalyptus- mint and bergamot) is my favorite. The staff are knowledgeable about all the store products and lots of free parking available.

I understand that many people want a sales person to check in every 20 steps. I have almost become used to that. Today I brought my own bag to shop. I was told I could only use their basket - makes sense since its their easy way to spot theft. Then at the til I had to reject a bag 3 times and explain why I was using my own. Most places are moving to environmental sustainability. Maybe time for this company to consider too?

The store associate (white, a bit older) was quite rude. She does not know how to approach a customer and when I asked if can they give me additional bag, Ms. S was condescending when she told me that she cannot give me another bag even if my bag was already too full. Please, if you do not know how to work as a customer associate and respect customers, then do not work in one.

This is the place to be in buying quality bath essentials. I trust their brands especially in these difficult times of the pandemic, I would only like to use safe products on my body. They had lots of great products to choose from especially if you would like to take care of your skin. The staff were also very helpful so there's no need to worry about their customer service.

I usually don’t write reviews, but the associate at this store (white curly hair, older), was super condescending and rude. I’ve always had good experiences at various locations. As someone who works in retail myself, I hate doing returns, and I’ve only ever returned ONE candle (brand new) in the years I’ve shopped here, never abused the return policy despite it being amazing. Today I came in to exchange a used candle -which you’re allowed to do-and the lady made me feel like I was committing a crime. Made me show her the candle even though she wasn’t the cashier helping me out, told me the return policy is changing soon, then scolded me for it being used. Why have a great return policy when your customers are shamed for it? She needs to learn how to talk to customers, absolutely no people skills. And reading these comments, I'm not the first person to complain about her. The cashier was super friendly though.

Soaps and hand sanitizers are great, all the products are so pretty to look at.:) I found their hand sanitizer lotions today, hmmm, interesting idea since hand sanitizer makes our hands so dry due to alcohol content in them.

Extremely rude staff. Will not be going back to this location. Head office should have a look at this location! Does not follow their guarantee purchase policy. Do not go here. They’ll just argue with you and be rude.

What's there not to love.they had their semi annual sale at the time.great promotions and have always loved their products (even before they came to Canada) great customer service as well

Pathetic customer service by a caucasian lady at the billing counter. We brought over $60 worth of stuff for ourselves and next door neighbor, thus requesting 2 separate paper bags. That seemed to be to much of an ask for this abject insensitive Bath&Body representive.
If not for the products I won't ever step in their shops.
Online is the way to shop, I strongly recommend everyone.

My wife gets hand soaps and smelly room sprays if you look for deals very good place and kids can not say they washed there hands without you knowing. Lol

Prices have gone up unfortunately. This is possibly due to the aftereffects of the pandemic. I have seen price increase everywhere. Question is how a d when the prices will be returning to normal level? Or will this become the new normal?

Financial meltdown of 2008 2009 2010 resulted in price increase of everyday items and is still there.

Is this how the consumers will be treated? A majority of the families make decisions now on essential and wants.

First time at this location. I usually find a Body & Bath for their christmas special so I can stock up on Snowflake and Cashmere and find other scents. So when I came here today, it was a mega sale and I was excited for the first time in a long time. I stocked up, found some beautiful new smells (even one that smells like Coffee!) and a Rose that does not make my nose itch.
The staff were all wonderful; helpful, friendly, and it was refreshing seeing some one at the door politely asking to sanitize, tell you about specials and keeping a count of number of customers.
Parking was good, easy to get to.
I will definitely come back to this location, I have been disappointed often by many businesses in Edmonton since moving here, but this one is a gem!

Never go there again. Neither the manager nor the shop assistants care about the customers. When buying will be all kinds of promises, but after buying to find them on all kinds of denial.

The store manager and the manager assistant have the worst attitude and lack customer service skills.they are very rude and racist the store manager would not give eye contact while listening. They speak to customers in a degrading rude way. The store manager kept on telling me to go back to the location that i shop at to get the assistance I need cuz she is not willing to do or to give any advice about the situation we were in and kept turning her back to me while I was talking to her to ignore me saying its not her job. Even though the mistake was from her assistant she wouldn't fix it and she wasn't even sorry.she told me yes we did a mistake and cant do anything about it. If you're not willing to do your job properly just stay at home! THAT WAS DECEMBER 7 12.00 pm

Fantastic service was in and out in about 10 mins. Found exactly what I was looking for in gifts including one for myself.

Everyone was super friendly, lots of stock and even though it was their annual Candle Day, the store was being handled very well by staff.

The staff over there was so disrespectful didn’t know about their own products but the greeter was very cheering. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter loves to come here and collect items. Overheard someone say that B&BW was the best place to get candles. This location is close to home so the one we frequent the most. Lots of turnover of coworkers. For the most part friendly and helpful. Last visit the supervisor training a new coworker at greeting screamed at us as we entered instructing us to use the hand sanitizer of which we have no problem doing instead of greeting us. Not a great start to our shopping experience and concerning that this is the direction for new hires. Of course we would sanitize.

Lots of customer service, and very friendly. May need a few more garbage cans around perfume areas to throw out sample cards

Best candle shop in the city. This location has the most variety and is the largest B&BW storefront in Edmonton. Although a little more expensive than other candles, Bath & Body Works candles are of the highest quality. With that said, they go on sale quite often, so it's good to check in frequently.

Theres almost always deals going around, they have the best deals, my wife always gets handsoaps and scented sanitizers here

I used to like coming to this store, but the older lady that has been there for a while has been rude to me the last two times that I have been there. I don't think I will be returning to this store which is a shame since it is the closes store to me. I love the candles and soaps but I won't be returning to this location.

Ignorant and rude cashier, greeter was strange and standoffish. I'm just there to shop not to deal with your moods.

Just lit one of my $12 holiday candles. Smells so good and I love going to the south common location staff are always warm and welcoming.

I love the host when you enter. Hes always friendly and helps you find the exact scent your looking for.

This location's door greeter was pleasant and welcoming and the staff was helpful and fast responding. Even though there was a lot of people in the store, it felt well managed.
