Love everything about this store! Best candles ever! Also love the hand soaps, luxurious aromas!

It's usually pretty busy when I shop at BBW, but the store is kept very clean and organized. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful (maybe too helpful sometimes, it would be nice to shop without being asked multiple times if I need assistance). The cashier process usually goes pretty quickly, even when there is a long line. But please, oh please, stop asking for my email every time I shop. Overall it's a great store!

I am all about the foaming hand soap. Staff is friendly (despite it being a chaotic time of year).

The body washes and candles they carry are nice and pleasantly scented. They have some new items that smell amazing!

Ryan at the shop was super helpful and has been a great help.
We're still looking for regular body lotion as the cream is too oily/sticky for me and he had a few good suggestions.

Bath and Body Works has always been a little intimidating to me.so many smells. This particular location has wonderful staff who is very helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

I absolutely love this place, I was helped by a girl named Heather and wow she was so helpful not to mention super knowledgeable in almost every product i highly recommend talking with her she sure helped me out in a bind on a last minute gift. Every time I go in here, they ask for my email 3 times or more. I hate it. I don’t feel comfortable giving out my email address, and when I say no, accept it. Consent is essential. Learn what consent means.

Kyle is seriously the nicest person ever! And so knowledgeable. He's helpful and nice to every single customer! The employees here are all great

I have to say whom ever is in charge of their website has to be brain dead of course they post they will be open and had a line up of close to 100 people to find out after 11 am my security that the store is not opening until Friday. This just seems like a lack of management its probably a good time to find someone new to take over the store if it's too hard to update a Facebook post after being closed this long and doing nothing.

When do you re open? Or will that ever happen? I am not online shopping the US doller is way to high also the cost of shipping is alot.thx.

Was given pumpkin apple foaming g hand soap and my 4 yr old grandaughter was using it because she loved the smell. 2 days washing g her hands and she has what look like burns and they hurt

It smells Soooo lovely and they hire the nicest sales reps. (only been to the red deer location)

They always are polite and help if you need them.are close enough by if you dont.

I have had them come up behind me before when they've noticed my hands are getting full with their little bags. So I can free up my hand for more shopping.
They almost always have coupons or in store specials!

Lots to choose from, and the staff here are super helpful. Overall a great shopping experience. Plus I love that they added the coffee beans all around the store!

Love this store so much smelly stuff to offer, and can usually find pretty great deals! Definitely sign up for emails as they have good coupons!
