I love stopping by Bath & Body works frequently because I love the delivery of beautiful products. It fascinates me with the colors of shampoo bottles, body creams, perfume sprays and everything. And I wanted to try and buy all the scents but my husband wasn't happy with all the scents and it made him dizzy I bought 2 jars of scented candles, perfume spray + two scents of body cream: Winterberry wonder, In the star. This time I tried switching to a new scent. I feel like the smell of In the star makes me very dizzy. It smells good, but when you apply or spray it, you feel dizzy and can't stand it. Unfortunately I only used it for 2 days and stopped using it. Normally I like the Hello beautiful scent it's my favorite scent and it was out of stock so I wanted to buy it in a gulp. But unfortunately the staff told me they no longer have this scent I don't know which scent is similar to Hello beautiful. And it won't make you dizzy. In summary, in every branch, employees give good advice I will go back and find the right scent for me again!
I have a good experience at customer service today Dec. 14 especially the people who are working with the products assisting customer about product prices. The only down side was they charge me extra when I bought hand cream and body mist. My total product was 16 but I only got 15. The cost of the missing product was $3.00. I just noticed it when I am putting them in a gift wrap and I can’t go back to the store as I am wrapping at night and tomorrow is our Christmas party at work. I just took a photo of the product and hoping to get back at the store end of this week. Thank you
This is one of my favorite stores. The quality of all the products they sell is outstanding. I usually purchase items because of the different themes that the seasonal holidays bring. I love the Candles we have probably 20-25 different ones. The men's body care is fantastic and smells great. I buy a lot of hand soaps too which are just as great. We get compliments on them. Recently I have discovered the great wall plugs and scents that go with them. Some of the wall plugs light up and have projected images on them which look great and are fun. The scents last longer that Air Wick ones. We have 3 fall wall plugs, 2 Halloween ones and 4 Christmas ones so far. The staff is always really friendly, polite and inviting. Great place to shop.
My one complaint is the website doesn't keep up with the products they have in the store. A great deal of the selection you see in the stores is not visible on line and I find that disappointing. If anything the website should promote and give insight into what they sell in store.
Stopped by to check what’s new and exchange some items. Crystal was amazing! Super friendly, also helped me make a selection. Great shopping experience!
I absolutely ADORE Bath&Body Works! An immense collection of amazing scents to choose from! Its hard to buy just one thing and you'll probably leave with a bag of stuff you didn't realize you 'needed'. Great staff to help you pick out new favourites.
Great products, but honestly super packed in the store (yes they were monitoring the customer count) I found it pretty difficult to get around with my stroller, and I don't see it being much easier without. Staff is super friendly though
I really appreciate and like the services for a staff named Komal in their Sundridge Mall branch. She is very helpful, friendly and welcoming whenever I visit there. Great service

That place is always busy, but the staff are friendly & helpful inspite of any wait times. We came on Black Friday, so we expected a longer wait. Still worth it.
Amazing deals, especially the candle day. Was there both days and the staff was amazing each time. Got amazing smelling Christmas candles, all ready for Christmas!

WORST CUSTOMER CARE IVE EVER DEALT WITH! My order had the wrong address on it so contacted them days before it shipped to change it…still got sent to the wrong address! Said they couldn’t do anything about it till after it’s sent (how does that make sense) and now been on hold for over 20mins…just horrible.
I am not a fan of smelly stuff but my wife and 9 yr old daughter love it. They dragged me back there 4 times during their sale this week so I guess they got something going on.
