I love this place, the people are always friendly and willing to help, they almost always have a discount and everything smells delicious. I love soaps.

Fiza is very inpatient. Not accomodating when it comes to complicated transactions. Cross Iron Mills location.

I went here on Black Friday 2022. The line up was out the door. Bath and Body Works "life hack". Grab a basket, get in line, smell and shop as the line moves. You will be out of there in no time. The line moved quite quickly even if you were just regular shopping. Every till was open. SHOUT OUT to Ariana, she answered every question I had. She was a life saver and knew where everything was during the madness.

This store is really great, staff here is very nice especially xandra she is very welcoming and she is perfect at her job! Love it

The selection at Bath & Body Works is awesome. The different scents of the soaps, creams and candles make it hard to choosen just one. The best time to stock up is during their semi-annual sales. You will always find just what you're looking for.

Golden standard service here, store layout is great and easy to navigate, and super clean. Employees were so nice and eager to help. Denise, Sharon and Neha gave great service and were very nice!

They have a reasonable selection, but as with other stores they are getting rid of the lotions that I so want as a male shopper.

Nice store that have good options, ots tje indicate place to buy a gift to ir wife, sister, mother or girlfriend.

Crowded busy so much stuff crowded into the space. Clerks are a plenty. Have my fav foam soaps that just keep increasing in price. But i like them so i still use them. Tried to order on line. Reasonable if want 2 kinds but shipping charges urggg.

Wow, today Jan 8/22 huge sale at Bath and Body Works with their annual clearance. 75% off tons of merchandise. All the employees were very nice and helpful, even thou it was crazy busy.

OMGoodness! Wo derful selection of scented candles, lotions, body sprays. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Yesterday Sunny helped me pick out a hydrating body wash. She was informative and very helpful. Thank you for being patient with me!

Hard to not like this place, smells amazing and just pulls you in. They also always have deals and lots of staff to help.

I love this store! It can be a bit pricey, but if you get in on the deals, it's very much worth it. The candles have long lasting scent and I absolutely love the wallflowers. The store is bright and clean and the staff is very helpful.

Sales are not as frequent as before. Pricing seeming to increase. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice looking store. Following safety precautions for covid19. To me personally I think it is alot of extra work for the employees. But they were still kind and happy to help. Also they had my favorite Christmas scented soaps in stock so that's a bonus star. Will continue shopping there in the future

They have a wide selection of fall soaps, and candles. I really like the White Tea and Sage finally they have stock! Bought a few bottles, and there weren't that many left.

We went in just for hand soap, but came out with more. Check out the wide selection of candles. I liked two of the candle scents. Will make staying home this winter more warm and relaxing!

Absolutely love this store and it’s staff went in today, everyone greets you in a kind way specially that lady with the super short blonde hair. Unfortunately I couldn’t get everyone’s names but all the ladies working at the entrance were so friendly. I always enjoy coming to this location. They are sometimes out of some stuff but they try to help you get everything you need usually pretty organized even during really busy days.

Always great sales, always friendly staff. And love the products. I use the hand soaps ALL the time and love all the candles!

The sink was a bit gross, but an employee stopped by and began cleaning it, and I was able to find what I was looking for.

Nice selection, but always has about it a thick air of the scents of their products.a bit overwhelming to be honest, as is their sales staff.too aggressive for my liking

The store is a big space with lots of selection to choose from but not very friendly staff. There was a false advertisement with the promotion sign in the store.we asked the cashier at the front about it after bringing product up, and said it's an email coupon.so I showed her it and she then said she would give us a coupon for our next purchase. It didn't make much sense so we ended up just leaving without making a purchase. Not satisfied with this location.

This store is always nicely stocked and put together. Sign up for their emails if you enjoy their products as they have special offers for people solely through the email list. With that, unless you absolutely love something, wait for it to be on sale.

It was great for the sales and customer service but I still dont get emails though each time I go I give my email address. It has been over a year since I have received an email. BBW needs the Old Navy system that you pay and your info comes up for you to confirm.

Awesome service. God help right away. They were loaded up on staff for Christmas. Lucked out and got there on a super sale day. Got there early to miss the crowds. In-N-Out.

Very helpful staff. Was greeted right away, and asked if I needed any help. Fast line up. Cashier lady bagged my things very nicely, so nothing would get broken. Nice clean store with some good deals.

The products were amazing as always. Customer service was very good. The lady at the counter was extremely pleasant.

I always shop here but i just noticed how employees just follows you right when you step in the store. Especially mary. Yes, I like to be greeted, good thank you but if i try to walk away please dont come chasing me to "advertise" another promotion. I will only listen to ONE but not 3-4 promotions are too overwhelming to hear.thank you:)

Omg Manuella hands down the best ever. She made me and my mom feel very welcoming and was super patient with us. I am super happy with my products. The only thing is that the store gets very stuffy for my nose and it gets hard to smell some of the products with all the scents everywhere, but it’s totally understandable, and the coffee did help a bit. Thank you so much.

Being swarmed by employees is uncomfortable and doesn't let you relax in your shopping experience. Change that system, is old and annoying and let customers browse and enjoy your great assortment of products.

One of the best Bath and Body Works I’ve ever been to. I came here today looking for the Fresh Seasalt Mango cream and Barb hustled from sales bin to sales bin to find what I need. Barb also helped me exchange and return items I had promptly and kindly. Additionally, Barb did this all with a smile and warmth that wasn’t required, but greatly appreciated! Made my day!

I used to love coming here, and now i avoid it. Not only are you swarmed by employees when you enter the store asking what youre looking for and if you need help, but if you have a bag from another store, Employees will outwardly follow you. Considering there are at least 5-10 employees on the sales floor at any given time, maybe learn to spread out and keep an eye on your surroundings instead of gathering at the door to harass anyone that comes in.

Great store, however I find it very expensive for what you get. Similar products sell for far less in other stores although the variety is definitely better at this time. The staff has been pleased for the most part with the exception of one, welcoming and answering any questions or assisting in locating a certain product.

Lovely and helpful staff. I always enjoy when the three wick candles are on sale as they have such great scents and are a perfect item to have onhand for a last min hostess gift or to brighten a room on a cold day! I have also started using the car vent air fresheners and am loving them!

Nice and helpful service and staff. Good prices and great deals. Always clean, and organized. Very modern, new and renovated. Humongous variety and always in stock. I will be coming back here. Interesting place to get cheap yet reasonable presents

Friendly, helpful staff. The store is well stocked with lots of sale and clearance deals always to be had. I pùrchased an item I believed to be on sale which was not when I checked the receipt. The cashier quickly processed my exchange for a sale item. Highly recommend this location and their products. Will return again!
