Highly recommend Albert for shower installations. He did an amazing job replacing our walk in shower. He showed a great deal of attention to details and really took care to complete his work to perfection. He explained in detail his work process to us before he began and completed everything beautifully leaving no mess or anything for us. Very respectful guy who cares about the quality of his work.

Absolutely wonderful customer service from start to finish. I’m thrilled with my Reno from bath to walk-in shower, everyone has been great to work with from Bob to Trenton who did the installation. Had Jerry and Gared install a new shower. I was very impressed with their work ethic. They were very patient and explained the process to me. When there was a problem with the tap they continued working until their job was complete and to standard. It was wonderful to have such a hard working team. Thank you very much!

We hired Bathfitter Calgary to completely redo a walk in shower to make it fully wheelchair accessible. The initial finished product was not as accessabile as we had expected or hoped, so we contacted them to see what could be done. Jared (I believe a manager), came and inspected and agreed with us, and was able to completely fix it so that it is perfectly accessible now. We are so pleased with their product and even more pleased with their service! Highly recommend!

I got a bath and a shower, 18 years ago. Still looks great and great warranty! I'm very impressed.

We needed to replace a corner shower for a full width, floor to ceiling walk-in shower. We chose Bath Fitters because of our estimator, Ande. She was confident and spoke of her company with enthusiasm and gave us the 'warm and fuzzies'! They were not the cheapest but their reputation and Ande's pitch sealed it.
When our installer, Jerrod, came to our home, he politely introduced himself and fully explained what we could expect for the day and a half install. His first duty was to cover our floors and work area with runners. Working very quietly, methodical and steady, we never had the feeling that a contractor was doing work in our home. The final outcome was absolutely what we had invisioned and hoped for. Truly a wonderful experience and final product. Jerrod kept us informed at all times and after cleanup, we couldn't tell he had been there. The best contracted job we have ever had. Thanks Ande and Jerrod, for the wonderful job from start to finish.

Bath Fitter service was "topnotch" from start to finish. Glen (sales) was terrific in providing us with options for a shower replacement in our ensuite bathroom. Aaron (installer) was one of the most professional people we have ever dealt with in terms of being service oriented! He was punctual, neat, efficient, productive and kept us informed every step of the way. The final product looks so great that we cannot think of anything we could have done to improve upon it. Thank you Bath Fitters for a worry free experience. We will definitely consider using your services again in the future should the need arise!

We had Jared from Bath Fitters come out this week to give our shower a tune up, it was an older installation. Very happy with his work and the company standing behind their product.

Amazing professional service, we had a service call to fix some shower doors, and the service was amazing.
Jared Clayton the service repair technician that fixed our shower doors went above and beyond to fix our problem, tried a few different solutions, and quickly had our shower doors, working and sliding like new again.
Jared was very professional and very polite and a joy to talk to.
We have had both our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms done by this company and dealing with them for over 20 years and you will not find a more professional and polite business that has every bathroom solution you can think of for your needs.

We used bathfitter over 15 years ago. One part was coming off the wall and not only did bathfitter remove it and reinstall, they refit the soap dish and added a corner caddy for us. Service was prompt, they were tidy and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend them.

Jason did the most wonderful job and had almost non stop worked for two days for at least ten hours each day. It was a lot of very hard work and he did it with smile. Hats off to him.
