The company installed wall surround for our bathtub/shower and installed showerhead and curtain rod. The original tub had to be removed so they could fix the plumbing for proper drainage.

They had to make a second trip out to adjust the overflow fixture. They did this promptly with no further issues.

The company also allowed us flexible payment options.

Overall I would highly recommend this company, they were professional, prompt and stood behind their work.

I am beyond please with the sales and service from Bath Solutions. Gaylene, Coleman and Greg were extremely professional and delivered on the product and service as discussed. Even with an unforeseen situation, Coleman and Greg were able to get the tub and surround installed before company arrived the following day. Cannot say enough about the communication, speed of installation and quality of product and workmanship. Would not hesitate to recommend Bath Solutions to anyone looking at updating their bathroom.

Gaylene the saleswoman took her time to go through my options and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. She knew I was getting other quotes and did not pressure me in any way. Her follow-up calls were appreciated.

For my installation, Kadon and Coleman were friendly, fast and efficient. I still marvel at the fact it only took them seven hours from start to finish! They answered all my questions and provided information about the care of my new shower.

I found my water pressure low and when Gaylene called to see how the install went, I told her. I immediately got a call from Greg to problem solve and he made an appointment to visit the next day if the troubleshooting didn’t work. It did and I was able to restore the water pressure with no appointment needed.

You can tell this is a team of people who like what they do and they do it together. They are well organized and every point of contact through this process was enjoyable. You just can’t go wrong with Bath Solutions!

My Experience with bath solutions has been exceptional. I was very nervous about this installation and Gaylene, Greg and the Installers were wonderful. I did not think it would only take 8 hours but it did. Once the installation was done, they didn’t hound for payment, they contacted me in a couple days and made the payment process so easy. A few days after the installation the water wasn’t as hot as it use to be and I had purchased the wrong shower head. I phoned Greg and immediately he scheduled someone to come out and adjust the hot water and install a different shower head for me I was soooo appreciative. Kaden came out on Thursday and was wonderful. I definitely recommend this company for your bathroom needs

I could not be happier with my new bathroom. Greg and Kadon from Bath Solutions of Edmonton are not only expert craftsmen, they are also just super nice guys. They replaced my tub with a walk-in shower in a hard to believe 6 hours! The finished product looks sensational, and I was very pleased with the price. They really mean it when they say they leave the place cleaner than they found it! They put down blankets to protect everything, cleaned up and hauled away all refuse. These guys should be your first choice for any bathroom upgrade!

The Team did an excellent job on our bathroom and surround installation. The finishing is beautiful and it is evident that they care about high quality workmanship. They brought all their materials and removed our old tub and all the old tiling without any damage to our home or any garbage left behind. The owner came to help the crew finish in one day so they didn't need to drive out again the next day on the terrible winter roads. We appreciated that he obviously cared about the well being of his employees, which is likely why the employees do such a great job for him and their clients.

We love our new beautiful bathtub/shower! Our reno was not a typical install and required some extra work. Bath Solutions still got it done in one day. Two days later we thought there was an issue with the install but Greg came out right away to take a look. Turned out we had a preexisting hole in a basement pipe. Greg fixed it for us at no extra cost so we wouldn't have to mobilize a different plumber. That kind of service is rare.

Our family hired Bath Solutions to remove our old tub and tile and replace it with new wallboard and a soaker style tub. We made this investment three years ago, to improve the quality of life for our family, especially for our teenaged son who lives with disabilities. We are so pleased with our decision!

We were impressed with every step of the process! Gaylene came to our home to discuss our needs, showed us some options and provide an estimate. Once we made our choices, she provided a computer image of the intended outcome and a date to complete the plan.

Kaden arrived on time, in a positive mood, in spite of the fact that there was a terrible snow storm! He put down drop cloths to protect my floors and got straight to work! He made it look so easy! He brought our vision to life, before our kids got home from school that day! I couldn’t believe, it looks exactly like the picture! The final bill came in a little under the original estimate.

Our sons care needs changed and now he requires mechanical lift support. Only 3 years after our bathroom renovation, an accessibility assessment recommended re-installing the bathtub to add a 4 3/4” clearance under the tub for the use of a portable lift (best suited for a home like ours, with vaulted ceilings).

We called Bath Solutions back to provide us an estimate. I expressed my regret and frustration over the extraordinary, uncovered costs related to making our bathroom more accessible. They offered understanding, noting that it would not have added a lot additional costs to plan for the clearance, the first time around. However, it would take another full day to remove the tub and reinstall with the required clearance. They are not responsible for our changing needs, yet they promised to provide a fair estimate.

My heart nearly exploded when the owner, Greg Brewster, called me to tell me they would return to raise our tub, at no cost! I can attest, not only does this company deliver the quality experience they promise, they do it with heart!

We a beyond being satisfied customers! We so are incredibly grateful for their charity! Our quality of life increased substantially today! We don’t have to bend or lift as much, our son is safer, and we can all enjoy the pleasure of a soak in our beautiful bathroom! I can already imagine, I will feel a warm wave of gratitude each time we use it!

We are looking forward to reimagining our en-suite bathroom with them in the future!

I am updating my reveiw on this business, the two guys that remodeled my bathroom were great. They were really friendly. I had a few minor issues with my bathtub drain and hot water adjustment. Greg, the owner responded quickly to my issues and within a day, had everything resolved. He phoned me on a Sunday after I sent a text to contact me first thing Monday morning, now that is a caring business owner. We hired Bath Solutions to change out our current tub into a walk in shower for my elderly dad. They're knowledgable when it comes to working with seniors and managing their needs which was a big help! They were easy to work with, responsive, and professional throughout. Bath Solutions was the best choice I could have made! I am recently widowed and just purchased a mobile home which needed a little TLC. I contact Bath Solutions who came out to give me an accurate quote for a new bathtub, wall surround and taps. It was accomplished in one day and I feel like I have a whole new bathroom with a deeper soaker tub for those long soaks. No mess, no fuss. The workmanship was superb! I would recommend Bath Solutions to anyone who wants a quality job.

I used Bath Solutions to put in a walk-in tub and completely renovate our bathroom. Greg and Kaden went above and beyond expectations. Both my son and I have mobility issues and they moved the vanity and toilet out of the hallway where it had been left by the delivery people, made sure to keep everything neatly out of the way, and even shoveled the walk. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. The entire reno was completed in under two days!

If I had to get another bathroom redone I wouldn’t hesitate calling Greg and Kaden back. I am more than happy with my tub. The whole experience was 10+.

Very glad I went with Bath solutions for our renovation. The workers went above and beyond to meet our unique needs. The subway tile wall surrounds are immaculate and brighten up the room, which sets this company aside from other as most others do tile and not surrounds. The surrounds make it a worry-free zone as one doesnt have to worry about water damage after natural wear and tear of tile. The idea of installing tile was problematic for me due to previous bad experiences with it. The option of the surrounds was the deciding factor on going with this company. They were installed around a window, which was then sealed nicely with acrylic trim so that all angles around the window were water resistant.

I was able to supply the vanity, faucet, and toilet of my choosing which they installed. Everything functions perfectly and completes the space. There is a 1 year warranty on their work.

The vinyl flooring is a great color and goes well with the color scheme we chose. This is the only floor color they have to offer, which ended up being a great fit for indecisive people like me. It also is not penetrated by water. The only downside to it is that the floor boards are not interlocking and just lay flush next to each other, making it liftable at exposed ends. There was also no underlay placed between it and the subfloor, so you can hear sounds when you step on certain areas which isnt an issue but something to be aware of.

Greg and Cayden were respectful of the work site through and through, they worked fast and efficiently with outstanding professionalism. Gaylene was also very pleasant to deal with and worked within our budget. This is a great company that wants your business and will go above and beyond to prove the quality of work.

Excellent product, workmanship and professional conduct. We couldn't be happier with the completed job. Excellent support as well. There was an issue with the cartridge in the shower tap and Greg came out on a Sunday to correct the issue. Love, love, love my new bathroom! All was done on time and very professionally. Everything is great except the click flooring is separating in two places. Not sure what to do about it as one is under the baseboard and the other is under the tub.

I really didn't believe they could get in done (in and Out) in one day, particularly since I had two toilets to replace at the same time. They not only did it but they left the bathroom and their way in and out of the house cleaner than it was when they started. You can't go wrong if you choose them for a project!

Great experience! We had our bathtub converted into a walk in shower. Installation included a fold up seat and grab bars for safety. Greg and Kadon completed the installation in one day, working with us to position the components to meet our needs. Greg even returned later to adjust the water pressure. We've had complements from several people, including our regular plumber. We recommend Bath Solutions to anyone thinking of a bathroom change.

Bath solutions just completed 2 of our bathrooms one was a newly built finish and the second was a tear out and redo. What great service and budget friendly. Staff were fantastic! We would recommend in a heartbeat. Can’t wait for the last one to be complete to see the outstanding results.

We shopped around many different places. My experience was not good at all the uncertified installers didn’t properly install the drain witch caused a leak witch in turn damaged my ceiling and floor witch the owner refuses to pay for the damages completely very unhappy with accountability of bath solutions on this matter. I hope no one else is going throu what I have 5 months after.
I wish they would pay and fix the damages so I could move on and not have to life with this inconvenience. Update, Being sued for the second time after owner admitted to installing a faulty drain and refused to fix all the water damage to my home that he had caused.
# think twice# before you hire contractor do your research before you hire. I don’t want this happen to anyone else.

Five Star Bath Solutions refinished our downstairs bathroom with an absolutely gorgeous shower and installed new vanity and toilet. The job was finished in a timely and completely professional manner. The job site was cleaned up and all garbage removed. Now our family has a brand new beautiful bathroom to enjoy. We had these people redo our tub and the work is second to none. Workmanship was excellent and the final results are great. Very proud of the room now with these changes.
