Had a dead battery. I got boosted. Called these guys. They said first come first serve. I drove there immediately, drove right into their garage, popped the hood, two minutes later had a new battery installed for half the price AMA wanted. Came with a 3.5 year warranty. Drove out a happy camper. If you can get your vehicle here, it's a very reasonable and quick solution for your battery woes.

Just got my battery replaced with a new one with a 42 month warranty for almost $100 less than I could get it done anywhere else. In and out within 20 min - without an appointment! Looking forward to seeing how the battery lasts, but based on the reviews here and elsewhere online I don’t imagine I have anything to worry about.

This is a great place. Maybe even a hidden gem. My father told me about this place years ago when my first car needed a battery. I'm happy he did. Reconditioned batteries at a fraction of the cost of new. I've used them in all my vehicles and they last years. I've only had to use the warranty once and it went smooth with no issues. Just dropped off a old battery from my jeep today and got a fresh one for 49$ that will probably last me 3 years at least. A new battery could end up costing 180$-200$ If you need a battery and don't want to pay full price swing bye the battery doctor. Call ahead to make sure they have a reconditioned one you need in stock.

Easy location to find. Young guy was easy to deal with super fast and solved all my issues. Went in with battery issues had battery and alternator tested for free. Amazing service with a warranty battery. Will for sure recommend to others.

There batteries are good refurbished or new your call both have warranties and they replace for free call before you go would be ideal on inventory

I have owned dozens of vehicles and battery life in our winter affects life in the fast lane as we all know. So I have experienced many types of NEW and Reconditioned batteries. Here is my take. New batteries from any retailer has got it's regular, and high end batteries. So the high end means a longer WARRANTY. This is the catch is deciding how long will it last if it has a longer WARRANTY then is it built BETTER? NO. I realize d that buying a RECONDITIONED battery from this great business is the deal. I paid $64 installed, in 5 minutes, and I trust I will get 3 or 4 years from my experience with Battery Doctor. Other part of the story. $230 got me a battery that I exchanged for free 3 times when I sold the car. Also Costco charges me $168 for a battery that won't hold a charge after 3 months on average but has a no question 3 year warranty. My time is with a lot more than any fancy warranty on a battery that is not better than a RECONDITIONED one. IMO.

Honest is the best business! Hands down best experience I could have imagined having. I'm a mechanic by trade and very familiar with the way businesses rip people off. I witnessed honesty that is typically unseen in the industry. They'll will actually test your battery properly and tell you if you don't actually need a battery rather than selling you stuff you don't need. Great prices! Great service! With integrity!

This is my second visit and purchase and well worth the drive across the city. Installation was complete in 10 minutes! Highly recommend this shop.

My wife drove all the way to pick up a special order that was in two weeks ago and they couldn't find it because the guy who ordered it went on holiday. To them it is just another battery they could have sold. But to me it means I have to spend the holidays without my driveway cleared of snow. Maybe the guy should have left a note? However the issue was resolved ASAP with friendliness and professionalism.

The best place to get no nonsense advice about your car’s electrical system, and to purchase quality low priced batteries. They sell refurbished batteries for a fraction of the price, but the same performance. Good for the environment, and good for your wallet.

Best place to get batteries in Edmonton. Service is off the chart, prices are the lowest on town so dont waste their time asking for a deal.

Called over the phone about a refurbished group 75 batter was told 35 over the phone paid 50. Not a big deal, i find this is very common with city businesses. And parking is hit or miss.

I have a dozen vehicles and very seldom purchase brand new batteries. I prefer to pick up these reconditioned batteries at a fraction of the price and benefit from almost new battery performance. Same for me 10 plus years. And my battery developed a bad cell and when they tested to confirm there was no issues with a full replacement 10-11mths later.
And fast a install. Service like this is hard to come by these days.

I will forever refer anyone with battery problems to these guys! Today we woke up with a dead car again! I bought my battery from these guys a few months ago, and it died (it’s been minus 40 here for the past like 3 weeks i swear lol) my boyfriend went in today to get them to check it out and there was a short in it.so with my warranty he’s going to get me an exchange for a new one, but it’s not in until tomorrow, so the gentleman that he was dealing with gave him another battery to get me through until my new one comes in!
