Battistella Developments

I’m in the process of purchasing my first property at Nude by Battistella and surprisingly, I couldn’t be more relaxed. As a young adult, first time home buyer, and living out of province, this whole process is a grey area for me - so I obviously had a bunch of questions about buying a preconstruction. I spoke to Zach and he had guided me through the whole thing. He was patient with answering all my questions, demonstrating his familiarity and expertise in this. I appreciate him taking the time out of his day to explain everything thoroughly, and can't wait until Nude is complete!

I had the pleasure of working with Zach. I was interested in getting into a pre construction building in Calgary. Zach was very knowledgeable of all the comps and rental market to help assist me in my decision. I emailed him day and night and he was always prompt in answering all my questions. Ultimately I decided to go with a different investment but Zach was tremendous in the process.

There were a few presale projects that i was browsing, but i chose Nude for its competitive price compared to other projects in same downtown area. After checking out previous projects built by Battistella, i'm pretty sure this is a good decision for my future home in Calgary. Also, Zach is very kind, knowledgeable and quick at answering all my inquires and concerns prior to the purchase. He provided us a very thorough detailed showcase of the unit that we are interested. Without further hesitance, we made up our mind for the unit in this lovely building. The process from the beginning til the end was pretty smooth and efficient. We are very excited and looking forward to receiving our key in 2024 yay!

We just bought a condo in Nude Building in downtown Calgary. We are really happy with the service. Zach our sales representative was very clear, he answered all our questions promptly and was very helpful. He gave us some nice offers with our purchase and we get to choose the finishes.the whole sales process was easy and went very smoothly, it’s not easy to find a development that check all the boxes, but this one did. The roof top will have amazing views. We can’t wait to see it finish. Thank you Guys!
