I phoned them this morning after they had an amazing plumber show up on Friday to take a look at my water heater. When I called today to ask if it was safe to light the pilot flame again so we could have hot water to shower and do dishes I was told they cannot tell me if it is safe and to call the landlord. My landlord is not a plumber nor is he a plumbing company.

Thankfully another plumbing company asked me one question and was able to let me know it is safe for me to light the flame again so we can shower. For reference the question was, how old is the water tank? He then informed me that it is not so old there is a gas shut off valve so gas wasn't still pumping into the cylinder.

Absolutely awful service from the office staff (Lori) and she was rude to boot.

Excellent service, with some issues overnight they were here first thing in the morning. The error code allowed them to bring parts required and get our furnace going on the spot. Very professional, friendly, fast and reasonably priced service. We had Jory this time and highly recommend
