I am a strong believer that BMWs need a BMW mechanic, someone who understands how these cars perform.
Andrew is not only a BMW specialist that was able to diagnose what many mechanics have failed to fix in my car for the last year. I have been to at least 3 mechanics that charged me for analysis and assement and gave me quotes on possible problems that they may need to fix on a second time visit.
Andrew initially thought of what may be the problem by asking me few questions and it ended up being the solution.few hrs later I picked my car with problem solved without breaking the bank.

I really appreciated the photos they provided with their inspection report. This was the first time I’ve taken my X3 anywhere other than the dealership and I was more than impressed. I had a very positive experience with Bavarian Autoworks. My MINI Cooper did the thing that MINI Coopers do (ie.break down unexpectedly, lol) and my vehicle was fit in without an appointment and serviced within a short timeframe. The report I got for my vehicle was thorough and the prices for the repairs were incredibly reasonable - I paid much less than I thought I would when all was said and done. Communication is prompt and professional, and they even gave my car a wash after the service. I can't think of anything that could have been done better, I will certainly return in the future when my MINI does the MINI thing again.

Excellent shop! Andrew is an extremely knowledgeable BMW Master Technician, thorough, and friendly. Happy to answer all questions, and educate customers about their vehicles. Felt absolutely no pressure - fair and honest. Competitive pricing. Seamless program to review diagnostic results along with all photos and comments from the inspection. Best experience I've had dealing with a mechanic in 15 years. Bavarian Autoworks is the only shop I'll take my car to going forward. Highly recommend!

Andrew changed my tires on Audi over to winters, and did a fantastic job. His tire machine was great for not scratching the rims like has happened at other shops. The shop was clean and well maintained, and Andrew was great to talk to about German cars.

I went in to replace my battery. Andrew was thorough and a found a problem that could have ended up ruining my engine. He fixed it and did a few extra things for no charge.

Got helped by Andrew with my BMW X5 - check engine light. The shop was super responsive to my concerns, and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Didn't feel pressured for sales like I've previously experienced at the dealers. The issue was fully explained to me, breaking down the cause and cost of repairs. I found out as well the tech is a certified BMW Master Technician, so I had no concerns coming here as an alternative to the dealer. Definitely will be coming back here now for all my future services. I don't usually leave a review for shops, but I think its worth it when you finally find a good BMW one.

They were able to fit me in for a last minute oil change on my X5 which I really appreciated! Nice waiting area and super friendly. Would recommend 100% and will be returning in the spring.

Having over 8 years as a service advisor for many luxury brands, you have a lot of insight in to what a good service appointment consists of. Having well trained techs is key. Andrew is one of those people. He is the best of the best and is able to provide a more refined and honest experience owning his own shop. Dealerships are always about the bottom line. He is the first in Calgary outside of a dealership to provide this service with the BMW master tech qualifications to match.
