Baymont by Wyndham Fort McMurray

Great hotel for the price. I stay here a few times a month, there are a few minor maintenance issues that take awhile to get addressed, but they always accommodate anything that is brought up. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Nice place, easy access to nearby restaurants and grocery. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Brown bag breakfast was unusual to myself. Breakfast that you need to heat up yourself, no choice of anything. Main lobby on 2nd floor I found unusual as well.
Safe clean parking underneath was great.

I haven’t spent the night yet but let me just say these are by FAR the best room I’ve ever stayed at, full blown 2 bed 2 bath with a balcony, 3 tvs and reasonable priced how CAN YOU GO WRONG! I’m staying here from now on

This is a great place that provided great service to the Fort Chipewyan evacuees during the emergency in May-June 2023. It is located Donwtown by a strip mall and super market.

Spent one night here and will not be staying here again. The positives: easy parking in front of hotel, friendly staff, nice sitting area by front desk, reasonable room rate, bed was comfortable. The negatives: fridge not cleaned- previous guests items still in there, site says “continental breakfast” but was in fact brown bagged to go with juice box, a wrapped apple and what looked like a packaged waffle in there which I was told could be microwaved in their “dining” area, booked a 1 Queen bed Bedroom suite which hotel description says has a desk with lamp-no desk or table in room which made it difficult for me to do my work. Front desk is on 2nd floor and the door at street level was locked needing your room key to get in or you buzz to get in. Friend in Fort Mac confirmed my thoughts that this isn’t the greatest area of town. Usually book with Marriott Bonvoy so will stick with them next time.

Great rooms nice little kitchenette and a balcony one is allowed to smoke on. If I have work back up there I will stay again.

It was a very convenient location for me. Nice modern room. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchenette and heated underground parking

Rooms are ok. Is very noisy from thin walls. From people banging on each other's doors to wake them up at 6 AM for work or people are doing in the halways not much sleep was had. Price of rooms I guess were worth a stay. For a "Suite" There wasn't much options for kitchen utensils or appliances and the fishing price coffee part was horrible.

Hidden gem of Ft. Mac. Cheap rates, newly renovated and great staff. Good central location as well.

Clean and fairly new hotel with underground parking. Helpful and friendly staff. You basically get an apartment for the price of a typical hotel room.
