Baywood Park

Had so many issues with break ins and drug use in common areas. The security the have patrolling won’t show up for any disturbances. Homeless fights outside and inside building. So many roaches inside the unit. Fought with them for a year to properly get rid of them. Finally had to just move out entirely

I have lived here in baywood park since December 2021. So I really like and satisfied by their serving to me the lady's at the office are always nice and helping me. So I really motivate people to come to live here in baywood park.

Honestly been living here for two years and I really love it! It’s affordable, close to so many amenities, easy to get around the city, and both the neighbours and leasing agents have always been very kind to me. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance and they always get back to me promptly when I have a request. Don’t plan on moving anytime soon!:)

They raise the rent constantly, it's basically a daycare at this point, and everyone is so loud, but they won't do anything about it and will insist on telling you "it's the pipes". Children leave garbage everywhere and are outside screeching all day, I've waited 3 years for maintenance to fix one thing, and another year for something else. Overall, not a great place to live. Definitely would not recommend.

I absolutely love my apartment I just renewed for another year and I’ve had no problems with service or the management I found them to be very caring and amazing! My apartment is lovely and I have amazing neighbours and I really like that the bus route is so near so I can go places so easily and in my opinion I find baywood has been a really nice place to live

Hello everyone, I have lived in Baywood Park for last 4 and a half years. I’ve also met folks who live here for 25 yrs and more. I’ve experienced good people on maintenance and front office rental representatives. I’ve had issues with my apartment but once I’ve spoken to the office staff With Respect and understanding this is 32 acres of living area keep in mind, so they cant stand attention like some of you want. Everything takes time to fix or work out your situation. I have been dealt with with kindness and understanding. Baywood Park has the courtyard now filled with beauty lights. The customer appreciation is for us renters is Awesome. I recommend BAYWOOD PARK to my friends who need a good upgraded place to live.

I just want to say that being a resident and having a good security team look after the residences makes it feel safe. Even having no one trying to enter the building to keep warm. Over all security 88 is doing a good job and don’t mess around. Chris
