Sold me a fake Apple Pencil. Just went to have it looked at by Apple Store and was told it’s a really good fake. Bought a real one but now I’m down $150.

Awful store. High quality car phone mounts my a$$.
Their silicone sucks. Lasted 6hrs then falls. Did every possible thing to clean windshield, clean suction. Yet it just doesn't stick. Garbage store

Very dissatisfied they completely ripped my 11 year old daughter off, allway telling her if you buy 1 more things it's 20 % off and then after paying telling her no refunds exchange only with in 14 days! Do not do business with this place do not! So many better places in the mall, Business like this have no place in a mall as far as I'm concerned!

I bought a new screen for my phone and the lovely young man put it on my phone for free. It was very helpful as I have one broken arm and I was just going to bring the new screen home and wait for my arm to heal so I could install it.

This store is absolutely great with such amazing products and the best customer service. I will definitely be coming back again to shop because everything there is great quality and the prices there are so affordable.

They installed a new screen protector that I purchased from this store, as what you can see is in the photo, it's not installed properly. The sides of the screen protector is visible. And the price just for this is ridiculous. So disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this store.

1. This store is not reliable.

2. They are not allowed to refund.

3. Even they told me a refund is available for 14 days.

4. I bought their smartphone by second-hand option.

5. The phone product is unusable.

6. If the phone is unusable, this is their mistake.

7. The price is not honest by the same product's different price.

8. Short-lived existence product. (Broken in the long run.)

9. Staff is rude. (polite beginning, rude in the long run.)

10. Staff policy vs receipt policy does not fit as how they said.

11. The phone gadget is cheap, but the price is double, or triple.

12. The product is very low quality, but the price is high.

13. Staff is rude if they know their customer is a long time.

These guys must be paying for any good review on here. Spent over 200.00 over Christmas holidays at this store. 3 Phone cases, 2 "Durable" USB-C to USB-C type chargers, 3 Glass screen protectors, 2 LED strip lights, and 2 pairs of Wireless Earbuds and more!

The Earbuds are dead. After 2 weeks. And I dont mean they need to be charged, nope. Tried that. 60.00 each, dead now.

Not 1 item I've bought has any physical damage except the glass protectors. 1 was broken in its box, 1 had "Silicone Adhesive" on one side for installation but came out of the box with a giant circular sticker stuck in the Silicon. The third? Shattered during installation. With LIGHT pressure applied, as the instructions direct you to do. I could go on telling you how EVERYthing I bought doesn't work, but what's the point. Just trying to save people some money.

Terrible products. They're not even "Well, you get what you pay for" level. They're just, plain, garbage. Actually, overpriced garbage. Almost as garbage as their "Return Policy. " They consider the items they sell to be "Personal Use" and therefore do not offer returns. Period. You can argue with them about an exchange, but you'll be lucky to get that. Seriously.

They sell cheap, knockoff products and claim they're "high quality". A replica of something else generally tends not to be as good as the product they're imitating. Shop elsewhere, they don't have a return policy. Once they have your money you're not getting it back, regardless of how dissatisfied you are with the product. Then they say it's my S21 Plus causing the issue.then why didn't my Samsung Galaxy earbuds ever have any problems like this?

Absolutely loved my experience, friendly fast and helpful my wife and I will get all our stuff we need for phones there.

I wish I could give them 0 star, bought a cover, should have tried it on right away but my fault I didn't, came back to exchange it but all the covers were the same not aligning the power button. Asked for a refund but they wouldn't refund my money.

Would leave less stars if I could. I walk-in, not greeted. Make my way to the till and standing there for a hot minute… nobody acknowledges me that I’m even there, then walks up with his buddy right in front of me and allows him to cut in front of me and does his order instead… will never be back and will advise everyone to take their business to the bigger guys as you pay more for better quality of service.

Super helpful staff. Got everything I was looking for. Haven't tried the products yet but so far so good

I am really disappointed with the customer service I experienced on Friday September 10 around 7pm.
I came into the store to find a couple things and I was not greeted and when I asked for help, it didn't seem she wanted to deal with me so she would show me the product and not say much, just very quite mumbles and she would walk away. I work in customer service myself and how I was treated was nothing close to customer service. I am disappointed because i do like this store and the prices and products are great but I will not be coming back after this experience.
