Don't go with bbb to start your business better to spend money with flyer or kijiji advertising or Google advertising

6 years after I left my review they reached out to see what they can do. Better late than never, I guess?

The BBB is becoming irrelevant and is not adding value to our business. We will not be renewing with them or working with them again. We had hoped to take advantage of certain aspects of their business for marketing purposes but they were virtually unavailable for over a year. With reviews the BBB rating system is no longer required, it was not helpful for SEO purposes and we didn't get any clients from it. It's too bad but they need to modernize. Nice people, bad model.
