BCMInns- Downtown Fort McMurray

Ridiculous, flagging someone, when they were verbally abused and talked down to. So then it’s ok to ask their 67 year old mother to leave after being here repeatedly four times since being told that as a customer you have no rights to be upset that items are missing from your motel room. Thank goodness, I have the notes in therapy for the ptsd this has caused. And thank you for making my mother cry over her breakfast. Definitely don’t recommend as this is how they treat women and they’d rather rent long term to crack heads. (At least they did years ago, so I doubt they have changed especially with an attitude to kick out an elderly person.) Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves! Disgusting. Also…. Flagged even though head office sent me a voucher to make up for the stupidity. Oh ya, we have two pets with us. What do we go now huh? Trying to move and this is how we’re supported by our community.

Spent the night (Aug7) here at BCM Inns Downtown Ft Mac per suggestion of a new friend Joy Guerrero whom I met last May during my trip to the Phils. Honestly, I’ve never stayed in any one the BCM hotels before so didnt really know what to expect. What an awesome place! Nice & friendly staff, very clean place! We had a single king suite complete with kitchen, etc. Room rates are very reasonable! Considering hotel’s downtown location, it was absolutely quiet inside our room! Whoever constructed the building did a very good soundproofing job!

Exactly the kind of place I was looking for: clean, friendly, one of the best free breakfasts I’ve ever seen, guest laundry, nice room, good value, fast free wifi.

Did not tell us deposit was required upon arrival. Did not provide wifi password. Drink vending machine was broken. They vacuumed outside our room before 7 a.m. Would never stay here again. Not with good options available.

The friendly helpful staff went above and beyond in returning an item I had left behind. Thank you, also the breakfast was great, a good selection, open, interesting eating area and very friendly staff. Thumbs up.

No stars. The room is not as good as the pictures. Staff is nice. Not very good breakfast.
And we were robbed by a junky who got into the hotel because nobody checked upon who’s going in and out. We got stolen all creditcards, iphone and watch. The hotel should’ve more security on who is entering the hotel.

Staffs at front desk were really friendly and awesome. The hospitality was really great, room was clean, and everything was in order

The room is very clean and comfortable, the staffs are amazingly reachable. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed there fir a month for work the front desk girl joy was amazing always helpful and welcoming.
The rooms were great the cleaning staff went above and beyond in giving extra towels or coffee for the kuerig in the room.
Thanks joy for making me feel at home looking forward to seeing you again next time.

Amazing stay the staff went above and beyond from the cleaningvstaff willing to make sure you had all the amenities you needed from extra towels to coffee for the coffee machine.
The front desk staff specifically joy made sure you feel at home from giving you a warm cookie to offering advice on where to eat or visit.

Slippery tubs! Make sure you grab one of those bath safety mats when you check in. I slipped, hit my head on the tub, black eye for a week. Went down to the front desk right away, reported it, and got a mat for my next shower! Other than having bath mats in the room, more outlets near the bed would be useful, luckily I always pack an extention cord for my devices. Otherwise the rooms are fine, little sound from outside, clean beds, nice bedding

This is the place i stay everytime i come to town. The rooms are clean and very well priced. The moment i walked into the office i was greeted by the biggest and friendliest smile that was Joy. Joy ws very polite sweet and helpful when i first arrived. Gives me ideas and directions when i have no idea where something is. Also one of the reasons i keep coming back to this specific location. Knowing that someone is so kind and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay is exactly what it needs to be. Relaxing and stress free. I highly recommend staying at this BCMI location simply to have the pleasure of meeting Joy!
