A most disappointing ride to the Calgary airport. He charged more than the quoted price. Most disturbing he also stopped at a fast food to get tea. No courtesy to ask if I wanted something to an explanation on his behalf. To add to the unpleasant behaviour he complained to his company on the phone while he drove. I will never use this service again.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SAFETY! We almost died multiple times last night. I wanted to share my experience and warn others of this cab company. Last night our cab driver nearly killed us and our driver seriously should not be driving. He was all over the road and drove into oncoming traffic! We were picked up (my boyfriend and I who is witness to all of this) and the driver immediately started swerving all over the road, halfway into the ditch on the dirt road we were on by the pickup location. We thought maybe he was tired, it was dark and there’s no lights out there etc. Our driver did not speak a word of English and since we were out in the middle of nowhere in a city we are not from, we had no choice but continue riding with him. Then we turned onto the main highway and he turned into ONCOMING traffic on the highway! We were maybe 3 car lengths away from the oncoming car. He swerved back over and continued to weave between lanes the entire way back, sometimes driving in both lanes at once, far off the lane so that the passenger side of the car was almost off the paved section, and he swerved back into oncoming traffic twice. At this point we are both scared for our lives but again we’re in the middle of nowhere, we’re not from here so we have no other options as our car is at the hotel. He continued to swerve and weave all over the road the entire 30 minutes back. Immediately I got out and took a picture of the license plate and back of the cab as my boyfriend paid. I don’t think we should have paid for that ride but I’m not going to argue with him there as it’s something that should be taken up with management. I called your company back at 11: 52 and was told the girl on staff would report it to management and someone would call me the next day. She was very dismissive and horrible to deal with, did not care at all even though I was actually in tears on the phone with her after my experience. Surprise, no one has called me! I tried sending an email, and a secure message and both options did not work. This is not acceptable, this driver is either overtired or inexperienced and needs to be taken off duty but he was sent out to other calls rather than dismissed. When you’re paying for a professional taxi service, it’s kind of assumed that the driver will be competent to get you to your destination safely but that was NOT the case. I’ve already called the police and filed a report and statement with them, they informed me the driver blew a 0 which is a relief, but does not explain his driving. He must just be tired, or bad at driving in the dark. I’m shocked and appalled by what I’ve just went through, and have never had an experience like this before. I will say once we got back to the city with the lights, he got better. But his driving out in the country on the highway was outright dangerous and illegal. Please do not give this company a dime, a taxi trip should not cost you your life especially when they are supposed to be professional drivers. The lack of Compassion or even a slight ounce of caring is shocking. What a horrible company, it deserves to be shut down. Shame on you for putting anyone in this position.
Told 10 minutes maybe 15 17 minutes! Helped with luggage at pick up and drop! Needed to go a little north ran a little late but still very professional and courteous! Have called other companies and had no idea where I was waited upward of 40 minutes by far 5 stars!
I love 94 cabs and their drivers polite, punctual, clean. Drivers are very social able and they help me carry groceries and such. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
The males are always hitting on me and trying to give me thier number I also have a child under a year old so diffently made me feel uncomfortable it's happened 3 times already so next time I am going to either walk or have a female driver
Nice driver… he came in a timely manner and got me to my drop off location ontime even though it was early morning rush hour- i will say it was a little strange that he asked me to leave them a review as soon as i got in the cab, but i understand businesses want to know how their employees are and such, and it may be a company policy to ask their customers that.

I took a cab to take my son to daycare. The driver was looking at his cellphone all the time, and he didn't even care a minor was in the cab and that it was snowing!
Worst cab experience I’ve had. We called for a cab to pick us up from the college. They said it would be 25 min, at the 35 min mark we called again to make sure the cab was still coming. We were told that he was on his way and it would be no time at all, when the phone operator picked up (not the actual driver, just the guy who deals with the phone calls) he said “oh yes, you guys are the ones at the college? ” And I said yes, so he was aware of our correct address. At the 55 min mark we called again because the cab still had not come and I asked the operator why we weee told it would be 25 min if it was actually going to take an hour? He was very offended I asked this and replied with “we are short staffed tonight. ” Then the actual driver calls (at the 1h mark) and says he’s here. We were outside and there was no vehicles around. I asked him were he was and he wasn’t even at the college. I couldn’t tell what he was saying but he was somewhere that he said would talk him 10 more min to get to us. He was rude to me when he found out he was at the wrong place, he hung up on me too. How did the phone operator have the right address and the cab driver have the wrong one? We said forget it and found another ride home. But the cab driver never gave us a call back to say he made it to the college so I doubt he even showed up. This cab company has no idea what they are doing or how to treat costumers. I’ve worked in costumer service for 5 years and I understand that things go wrong sometimes, but these guys had everything go wrong at the expense of the customer and were rude about it.
I was to be picked up at the ATB centre at midnight 4 days of the week. 2 nights i was left standing outside by myself waiting on my cab.now tonight was a snow storm and i was left standing there in the snow till 12.20.soaked to the skin.i will never call them again.not to mention my personal safety.shame on you
I scheduled the ride *the day before* to reach an appointment on time. Got a call 2 minutes before the scheduled pickup letting me know the driver will be 10 minutes late. Cab shows up 15 minutes later. Car is filled with garbage and smells like someone has spilled milk in it. The driver then didn't even have the courtesy to put the mask he had sitting on his dash on. This was a really epic experience considering I was taking my 80-year-old, immune-compromised grandmother to a dental appointment. Given a choice I would rather walk to the other end of the city than call this company for a ride again.
One of their drivers, a lady in a minivan, drove very fast through Copperwood. My family and I were in an intersection on Coalbank Blvd, she didn't even notice us, even though all the other cars were stopped. Thankfully my son stopped in time. We should hold commercial drivers at a higher standard.
Worst, Ever, waited outside for 25 min in 39c weather, called twice to get an update, First update was 10 min, after waiting and calling again I waited another 10 min for another cab. Accidently called this cab service when I was looking up finger printing services. Not even sure why they popped up as a suggestion but I hung up within the first 2 seconds of ringing.
They proceeded to call me back 4 times over the next 5 minutes, and one of those times was from a different number. I declined the first 2 calls but answered the last 2 to request they stop calling me. After telling them to stop TWICE they've finally quit. Very frustrating, especially when I'm in the middle of another call trying to book a finger printing appointment. I felt terrible for the agent I was speaking with because I was being interrupted every few moments by an incoming call.
Was super awesome conversation on the way home. Unlike lots of people who make it awkward. I'll use them from now on! Was on time and actually followed pick up directions.
Got a cab ride from lethbridge cabs. Forgot the drivers name cause I was hammered. But 5/5 minty fresh driver. Definitely would recommend. Support local cabs and businesses. These guys are losing a lot of business these days so support when you can!

Tried to rip me off last night. Turned the meter off when I got to my destination and punched in an extra 10$ on the debit machine thinking I was too drunk to know what he was doing. Will never use this company again and will never recommend using them to anyone. Rip off garbage goof.

Driver started the fare at 6$ before getting in the cab.then did not stop for 2 stop signs. And took a route much longer than needed to get to the destination. Also the driver was texting and driving the whole time as well as he was on facebook for a while.

They provide one of the best Taxi ride rates to Calgary Airport, but ever since the COVID-19 Pandemic their rate is anywhere from 250 to 300 lower than competition. However, the lower rate is only if book within a day is required. If you can wait a few business days to have the airport transferred, then it's worth getting the better fare available.

My daughter and I went out for dinner and drinks, agreeing to leave our phones at the house. We called 94 cabs to get us to the restaurant. They were courteous on time and professional. We had a pleasant conversation on the way. The charge was $7.54, $9.80 after the tip.
At the end of our evening I asked our server to call a cab for us. She said that they would be there in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I asked her if she would call back. Again, it would be 10 minutes. It was over 40 minutes. I asked the driver if he got lost. He responded that he had trouble getting someone out of his car. Hmmm?
The driver was rude, he watched a video on his dash mounted phone and a headset while driving. The meter read $8.76. He handed the debit machine to me. I must’ve pushed a button by mistake and the transaction was canceled. I handed the machine back to him, he punched a few buttons and gave it back to me. This time the charge was $9.76. I’m not sure what it said the first time. I asked him to correct it and he did. $8.76, no tip. I called Black diamond taxi to complain about the service I was told that I could get a discount next time. I promised them there wouldn’t be a next time. I called them back a few days later and asked what they had done about this problem. The person on the phone was difficult to understand but told me that the driver had been suspended for two days and told not to use his phone while driving and that the extra charge was only $1. I’m not sure I can believe that or anything else they’re telling me. All you have to do is look at some of the other reviews and see that they have a problem with honesty integrity and accountability. Moral of the story take black diamond Taxi, it’s cheaper as long as you’re not concerned about your safety and being ripped off.
I just got back from a taxi ride, the driver was drunk. Sped through a stop sign and stopped in the middle of the road when a car (that was obviously coming before then) dove by (they had the right of way) leaving us to almost crash.he almost crashed into a few trees when taking sharp turn. Drove through all the yeild signs was speeding the whole time. And took a longer route. The whole time we did not get to see how much it was going to be until the end where it ended up being 40$ he was sighing the whole time and asked us if we wanted 'a boost' dont know what that means but im genuinely concerned. We called them and told them, they didnt say anything except that they would call the driver and then call us back. After they didnt call we called back 30 minutes later. It was a driver i dont know if it was ours but he was being plain rude when we just were trying to make sure he was okay and to get a refund or something. They got defensive and just told us to call back in the morning. We will be. But i dont think i will ever be using this taxi company again. Sorry. Not really sorry. I hope that driver is okay and i hope you guys learn from all your complaints.
Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes when they said they'd be 10 minutes. Driver stopped as we were walking towards him and we started waving our arms and yelling and he just drove off! Never making the mistake of using this company or 5th Ave cabs.
Worst company Ive ever seen! Driver charged us double when we had two drop offs locations and said the other person didnt pay. He handed the driver a 20 for a 3 dollar trip then charged us 28 dollars for the full trip! I tried calling to file a complaint and as soon as i told them it was a complaint they put me on hold then hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 times and as soon as they saw my number they hung up. They wouldnt even let me tell them what happened! Please never use this company! I wish i could leave no stars!
***look at there reply if you need proof not to use this company*** we did finally get them on the phone and just like when we called in to tell them what happened, they are more concerned with telling there customers off and twisting the true then actually caring about their customers and trying to make things right. Why would a van with a group of people have the metter restarted during drop of when the money that was given was suppose go to the total. Only reason is to rip off there customers and clam it as a tip which i wouldnt even care about but the driver lied about it and said he didnt get the money, then said no the other guy gave that money to you in the back, and then change his story a 3rd time to try and justify what he did.
