Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Patio

I've had a hot tub for 10 years from them. This is the first year we had an issue (it stopped working). A service tech came out and replaced our pump in under an hour at a very reasonable price. It's now running much quieter than before and was very satisfied with the service.

If you want a hot tub or servicing on a hot tub, this place is where you’ll find awesome costumer service with efficient and honest work. Overall things are more expensive but you don’t want cheap people working on your tub!

I really have no words on how we were treated here. Never in my life did I have a sales guy at our house at 11: 30pm @ -26c to help me out when the tub didn't start up as it should when we received it. Ryan was so fast on getting the right people there the next morning "Saturday on a long weekend I might add" and getting the problem fixed. Had us up and running by the end of the day. They Didn't just take our money and forget about us they treated us like family.

After a Bad start…. Things were dealt and fixed with so i was asked to change my review… im very pleased with there response and service…. Cant give them a perfect rating after the bad taste…. But they did redeemed themselves enough from 1 to 3 stars

We bought our Hybrid 530 from Ryan last year and for anyone wondering if it is "worth the wait" I can confidently say it is. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the Beachcomber products and helped guide us through the purchasing process. Since it was delivered a couple months ago, I think we have almost used it nightly! You can tell the quality of the Beachcomber product is there. Jets are incredibly powerful and the maintenance is so easy! I cannot say that enough. One weekly treatment with two products and one treatment after each use. The technology that Beachcomber uses from top to bottom is by far the leader. Highly recommend asking for Ryan and looking at Beachcomber for your hot tub needs.

We have had a great experience purchasing our Beachcomber hot tub. Right from the beginning Ryan has been patient and prompt in answering our many questions. Our hot tub took a while to receive however no regrets and we are super pleased with Ryan's ongoing support as we learn about our new lovely tub!

We went in too buy, but the salesman didn't seem to care, went to Artic spa and received excellent service and very well greeted!

We dealt with Gary Crow from Beachcomber hot tubs regarding our new hot tub. We bought and met him at the Costco road show.
Gary was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. We had many questions for him which he answered.
We received our hot tub in the four month wait we were told and was delivered when they said in a professional and friendly way. The delivery guys knew what they were doing and made sure we were happy with its placement etc before they left.
Gary came the next day. It actually was his day off but he came out to Beaumont anyway. He slowly showed us everything and made sure he answered all our questions. He didn’t leave until we were comfortable with the hot tub process.
We were happy with Gary and would work with him again.

The customer service at the South side is always excellent with friendly staff. They let us know when the filter brite was back in stock and set a few aside for us until we could drop by to pick it up. We are saving our points to get a free cover hopefully by fall.

We had an amazing experience with Jason from Beachcomber south. The service was exceptional, the staff friendly and all our questions were answered promptly. Would highly recommend!

We dealt with Ryan Burke at this location and put a deposit on our tub back in September. Ryan is a very knowledgeable salesman and great to deal with! Unfortunately because of Covid, etc, we're still waiting. Within the last month, we've also been in contact with Warren, who's the GM for Beachcombers. Both Ryan and Warren have gone out of their way to treat us with the utmost respect and understanding of the situation, despite many things being beyond their control! Our tub is scheduled to arrive very soon. Warren has been telling us "it'll be worth the wait" and we're quite sure it will be!

I bought my Beachcomber from the Sherwood Park location but get my water testing and products from the Southside. I love visiting this location because it's always a joy to work with Bianca. She's super friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and overall just really awesome to deal with. Thanks for being a Rockstar Bianca! People like you keep customers coming back!

I can't say anything but 5 Star Service right here! We are absolutely in LOVE with our new hot tub. It was a little bit more of a wait than what we originally expected, with the extreme demands for hot tubs that happened in 2020.7 months definitely helped us develop personally in the area of patience and controlling excitement; and it was totally worth the wait! Ryan was the most pleasant and knowledgeable salesman I think I have ever met. Since receiving the hot tub he has really made us feel like we are part of the family and he truly cares about his customers (through the entire process actually.) Thank you Ryan, so much for your help with this great purchase. Also a big shout out to Lisa and the Service department who came and fixed our leaky valve promptly the next day after delivery. We strongly believe we made the best choice purchasing from Beachcomber! Even though they are extremely busy, they never made us feel less important than any other customer (where when we did some shopping around, other stores were too busy to talk to us.) Beachcomber continues to prove they want their customers to be happy and we certainly feel we made the best choice! Thanks again!

Always wanted a hot tub. My wife and I went into Beachcomber (South). Met with Ryan Burke who educated us in the pros of Beachcomber ownership and we happily ended up buying a 530 model. I thought installation would be difficult as we were setting the tub into our deck. Ryan came out and met with our contractor at the start and advised us that it would be no problem. Though hot tub would not be available until mid December we ended up getting it early November and with a picker truck and good installation crew, the tub was properly installed in no time! Great follow up service by Ryan who came out and checked install and provided further instructions. Love the fit, form and function of the tub. Thanks Beachcomber. Highly recommended.

I went to a few places looking for a hot tub with not much success or assistance until I met Ryan at Beachcomber. He was very knowledgeable about hot tubs and helped me pick out the perfect hot tub for our budget. When I got home he texted me the different colour options which I could show my wife. This was definitely some of the best service I’ve ever received and I would highly recommend talking to Ryan if you need a hot tub.

Used Beachcomber’s delivery service this week. Ordered on a Saturday afternoon, and delivery was Monday. They called to let me know the items were at the front door. Great service, thanks!

Can’t say enough good things right now. Besides the fact that our hot tub has been great for the last 7 years, we had a hiccup today.

We were out of town and my neighbor called me saying my cover was flipped up and ice was everywhere. The wind threw it up and apparently my heater burnt out trying to keep up.

I called Michelle at the service department hoping for an emergency call out. Fully booked. However, upon checking, the service tech was on a call close to me. Shawn with service finished early at his appointment and rushed over to check my issue out. Heater blown, and he changed it out.

From noticing the issue to the time it was fixed was less than 2 hours. Thanks to Shawn and Michelle for bailing me out and keeping my hottub from getting WAY worse!

We have had a very frustrating experience with Beachcomber. Bought our hot tub in the Spring. Delivery was much longer than we had been told at sale time. We could not be home the day of delivery but had a relative there. We live out of the city, hot tub was dropped off and care kit was left but with zero instructions on what to do with it. Took in samples of water, thinking that would determine what to use in our water, only to find out months later that we were on the Care Free system, and the water test system only works if you are not using that. The whole process of trying to figure out how to maintain our hot tub has been very frustrating with little help or confusing help as all employees don't seem to have all the same knowledge. I think much of our frustration could have been avoided with a followup phone call to see how we were doing after delivery, that, to me, lacks in customer care. So far, we like the product, but Beachcomber, would get a failing grade.

I've been getting my hot tub chemicals from Beachcomber for years. When my hot tub finally needed replacing, I bought my new tub from Beachcomber and I couldn't be happier. The staff is knowledgeable and cares about your experience. They take the time to answer your questions. The delivery team was awesome and amazing! And the Store Manager took time after a full day at the office, to walk us thru the new tub and chemical maintenance. A great experience and I would highly recommend them for your new tub or patio furniture purchase. If you're looking for new tub chemicals, theirs are the best in the business.

We recently took delivery of our new Beachcomber hot tub and are very happy with our purchase so far.

Our sales rep Ryan went well above and beyond at the time of sale educating us on the various features and benefits of a Beachcomber hot tub. This is our first hot tub and Ryan very patiently walked us through the process.

The great service didn’t end there as Ryan remained in contact with us post sale. We had trouble getting the tub up and running initially and on his day off Ryan tried to troubleshoot things for us.

On a Friday after work he came to our home to finish the start up process for us and now we’re up and running.

We can’t say enough about how positive our experience at Beachcomber has been and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub. Deal with Ryan and you’ll be in great hands!

We have had our Beachcomber tub for close to three years and still love it. It still looks like new and have had no troubles. Chemicals ever go out of alignment I simply take a sample in they test it for free and send me away with the right fix.

Knowledgeable staff. They are more then happy to talk with you about your water chemistry and usage. I went in expecting to buy more chemicals to clear up some merky water and walked out with no chemicals but a better understanding of how to use the filtration systems and all the chemicals I already have.
