My wife has wanted a hot tub for over a decade but we were never in the financial situation where we could legitimately afford one. With some recent changes to our financial situation we were able to afford. We dealt with Cindy twice in the last couple of years - the first time was during Covid and the supply of hot tubs was dwarfed by the demand. We weren't ready to purchase at the time and did end up coming back two years later to purchase. Cindy was great to deal with - from explaining all the different models and features, to listening to our needs and wants and siphoning through them to ensure we got precisely what we needed.

I didn't really want a hot tub as we had one in my house as a child and I always thought it was too much work to clean, keep chemicals at the right levels, etc. Cindy explained the processes, which didn't sound so bad up front, and we settled on a Beachcomber 750 Hybrid and couldn't be more pleased with it. From the new technology to the finishes, to the ease of water care - it has all been fantastic.

You can tell how committed to their job a person is by not just the up-front sales but also by the after sale support. Cindy truly cares and provided amazing after-sales support. The day before, and of, the installation she texted me several times to ensure we were ready and excited, she then scheduled a post-installation visit to personally come and take an hour of her life before work to go through ALL the chemicals and water-care regimen and has always been a text message away if I have questions or concerns. Her support has been incredible - you don't find this level of support much these days but I am very happy to report that Beachcomber and Cindy in particular is rocking it.

Nothing but lack of service. We purchased the biggest hot tub from there paid upfront and it broke down within the first few month. Also to be told that they can’t send anyone to fix it due to the fact that we are in a remote location. They hired a third party to come and fix it and it turned out he stoled our Bluetooth system chip.

Kelly from Beachcomber is excellent to deal with. Always answers my questions about my hot tub and any concerns i may have.

We are really pleased with our Beachcomber Hot Tub from their Sherwood Park location. Not having a hot tub in over twenty years, I was really impressed with quality and output of the massage jets. My kids also love the tub.

These guys are fantastic to deal with. After significant research into types and quality of tubs, I decided to purchase a Bull Frog R8 and put a large downpayment on one in stock. Before arranging delivery I contacted an electrician to arrange hook up for the 50amp service and then my problems started. After multiple estimates, it turns out I would have to upgrade my electrical system significantly to put the tub in place and the cost was prohibitive. I went back to Beachcomber and spoke with Lisa my sales agent and Kelly to explain the problem. There was no hesitation at all and within minutes my deposit was refunded. Kelly advised even if I had taken the tub and had an issue within 100 days of purchase they would have taken it back without a problem. They were easy to deal with during the purchase and equally easy during the subsequent cancelation. That is a sign of a good supportive team, an excellent business ethic and the type of folks you would want to do business with. We may not be getting a hot tub in the future but I am fairly certain I know where we will be going to replace our patio furniture. My research says the product is great and my experience tells me these are folks you can trust and work with.

Cindy is extremely knowledgable and walked me through the process of getting my hot tub from start to finish. She provided me with updates on the process of getting my hot tub as well as answering any questions I've had along the way. Cindy is very personable and her knowledge has been invaluable to me.

I ordered a hot tub back in may get it in September it is now end of August I went to the store to see what day it coming they had no idea when it is coming they where going to look into it but never got back to me

Incredibly disappointing experience given we were interested in learning more about Beachcomber hot tubs to support a Canadian company.
We walked into this location, with about 4-5 customers in the store. We began looking at their display hot tubs, noticing a younger lady at the cash, a gentleman salesman helping a couple and another saleslady on the phone.
We browsed for about 10 minutes walking through their entire showroom while the entire store cleared out of all customers.
My husband was interestedly inspecting the components of one of their tubs at now 15 minutes in their store, when the gentleman salesman while walking to his back desk says hello but doesn’t offer any assistance nor asks if we have any questions. Not a great initial impression, given we were waiting for a salesperson to assist us.
As we make our way back to the front of the store the female salesclerk is still on the phone. Surprisingly the younger lady at the cash instead of asking do we need any assistance or if we have any questions (which we did) says “thanks for coming in”. We weren’t intending on exiting, rather re-examine a tub at the front entrance, all while hoping a salesperson would eventually come to assist us.
Growingly frustrated at this point that none of these 3 staff members has the time of day to assist us, my husband responds “wow, well I guess we won’t be buying a hot tub from you guys, seeing how no one wants to help us. ”
Even when walking out the door, the younger lady laughs and buries her head back into the computer and the other two remain as they were.
If this is the level of customer service when not having purchased a tub from them, I’d hate to see the follow up service (if any) after having purchased one.
Needless to say, we’re taking our business elsewhere and hopefully the 3 staff members working on Saturday May 29 at about 2: 30pm will get some gravely needed customer service training.

Jeri at Beachcomber was fantastic from the moment we walked in the door. She listened to what we wanted and didn’t push at all. She made the whole experience feel very easy and personable. She was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She also made herself available at many off hour times to ensure our experience was great including instructions of how to use the chemicals for the first time as we are brand new to hot tub ownership. We had a long wait for our tub but it was well worth it. Purchased ours from Kelly and he was really helpful answering questions and always got back to us promptly.
Delivery was great as well. Dale and his assistant were able to fit it down the side of our house and helped me with set up information as well.
These folks are great to deal with and we are really happy with our Beachcomber hot tub.

Was there for hot tub supplies and was blown away by there selection of back yard furniture and such.

Cindy Dyrland was the Sherwood Park sales associate who help us buy outdoor patio furniture. She was very patient and took the time to help us get what we wanted. It was nice that they had stock and we were able to arrange delivery relatively quickly. We are very happy with the furniture and would shop at Beachcomber again.

I bought my hot tub from the west end location as well as some patio furniture. It is so nice to be able to go into the store and see a friendly face. With Co-Vid happening and me no longer working I don't frequent the store as much as I used to. I emailed an order into Kelly not knowing he had changed locations. It was not a problem, I could have had it processed by the west end location but I choose to have Kelly process it and have my son pick it up. Turned out to be a extra bonus as I got to see my son also. Thank you Kelly for always being so helpful, always a pleasure to hear the smile in your voice.

Purchased many things from here and wanted to mention that of everything we got, I LOVE our patio furniture the most (we got it 3 years ago). It is holding up amazingly and is still so comfortable and beautiful!

Great service, Kelly was able to sell me a smoker and accessories over email. Got a discount for being a Vet. Had the smoker load on to my truck with a fork lift, it was pretty simple when dealing the people at Beachcomber.
