Would recommend Gina R.for massage she is amazing have used her for last year for deep tissue massage and is amazing!
Front staff is nice, rooms are clean and relaxing.

First time I will say I am not empresses with this clinic. I always see Jerry in the last 10 years. Seems like Jerry is the best physiotherapy knows what he is doing in this clinic. Unfortunately, they told me he is still in vacation so do Pam. My experience today was not good at all. The treatment was bad. I hope Jerry will be back because if he don’t come back in March as they keep telling me, I will never visit this clinic again.
Update: Not sure if Jerry can leave his client without any notice. This is terrible. Jerry, if you read my review you need to educate the the people there. There is no one provide the same level of expertise like you. At least update when you will be back.

I’ve been to many physios and this is by far the worst customer service by the receptionist. Not welcoming and very rude.

The physiotherapist assistant was very nice, but I only saw a Physio for about 5 minutes in my 2 visits there.

I have been coming here to see Jerzy for more than 10 years and he is amazing and knows his stuff inside out. As he's away on vacation, I went to a physio appointment with another physiotherapist because I'm a regular at the clinic but the receptionist wanted another initial consultation fee for my broken ankle injury, which is on file for the past 7-8 years and which flares up now and then, provoking me for a visit and I've never had to do this previously. Never seen this receptionist before and I go regularly for massages as well, she is absolutely terrible. I'll have to be looking elsewhere for this and my massage therapy going forward even though Gina is incredible.

If this business wants to be success they have to change receptionist first. Amy is not qualified for first face at this clinic.and I think increasing fee twice per year is often.

I had a lumbar strain and had physiotherapy sessions with Mahveen. The pain subsided in 2-3 sessions and then the maintenance sessions took away all the pain.

The environment at this place is clean and safe. It has very courteous and friendly staff. Mahveen knows her job very well and is thorough professional.

Not really impressed. I wish they dont move from one client to another while you are left on a machine for more than half your session. The practitioners are very nice, warm, very good with keeping you comfortable and maintaining privacy but there is alot of conversations with other staff/clients which makes the session feel less focused/ less organized. The carpet isnt the cleanest too when I saw the pants of a practitioner after kneeling on floor. Unfortunately will need to travel far for now and stay in Peak health despite living so close to this clinic.

If you’ve had breast cancer treatment whether it be surgery or radiation, you need to visit Pam Fokkens at this clinic. She’s very experienced with how these treatments ravage your body and reduce your range of motion. Unlike other physiotherapists who let their assistants do all the work, she actually treats you and cares about your progress. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars - that's how much I LOVE Mahveen at the clinic.

I began seeing Mahveen specifically for Hypopressives (deep core training/work) to prep for pregnancy and after I became pregnant. Using her extensive knowledge, training and care - I was able to avoid Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) all together and avoid major pelvic floor complications - helping me recover well and quickly from birth. I now have the tools to maintain a healthy core - all thanks to Mahveen!

Not only is Mahveen exceptionally knowledgable - she truly cares for her clients. If you are pregnant/planning to become pregnant - don't skip prepping your core! Go see Mahveen!

Excellent care. Jenn is knowledgeable and kind. Also, call them to book a $45 massage with one of their fabulous students! I am very, very particular, and I am 110% happy with their services.

Members of my family have been clients of this clinic for several years for the treatment of various conditions ranging from a MVA to a simple strain. Each one of us has received professional and knowledgeable services with a high degree of relief. I am currently seeing Mahveen, and her knowledge of the human body and how it functions is impressive. Mahveen"s treatments are targeted and thoughtful and I appreciate how she remembers details that are specific to me. Grateful for her expertise!

My mom had knee replacement surgery. The staff is polite. The therapist Mahveen is so efficient. She helped my reach her goal. Mahveen is very polite and amazing.

One of the best teams in Calgary work here, either the front office reception or the therapist / assistants. I have interacted and all are there to help the patients. Sometimes, we patients are in pain and the therapists or the assistants or the front office people step in and take extra care.
The whole team works for the people who go there for treatments.

Reception/Clerk Review.
I have never seen or have ever met a more knowledgeable and more professional individual in their profession as Amy at the reception in this place! I had a car accident way back in February, this is my first accident in 20 years (rear ended by a semi truck). Amy took me by the hand (figuratively) and explained to me the process of getting my back fixed through insurance, she did all the paper work and even made the necessary phone calls to make my road to recovery very easy and worry free! After some complications with my back, she even took the time to make sure I keep getting the help I need by getting in touch with the insurance company (on her own initiative) and making sure I get back to working form. I run a family business, so I don't have much time dealing with insurance and getting the run around from them, Amy took care of the hard stuff so all I had to do was come in get treated and back to my busy life, I knew all of it was taken care of! I have NEVER had that experience anywhere else! I recommend this place to all my clients and all my friends, because you feel like family coming here, you feel like people want you to get better and work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible! Thank you all for keeping me moving! This includes the Massages! WOW!

I have been going to Beacon Hill for my physio treatments and have had exception care and treatment from all the staff - including the receptionist who has been very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

I have been going to Beacon Hill Physiotherapy for several years now after a serious accident. I used to have fits of pain, now I am pretty much normal; you cannot even tell I was in an accident! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. Front desk staff have been fantastic as they have helped me navigate between two insurance companies to ensure I have the appropriate coverage. Several of the physiotherapists have specialized education as well which I have been very thankful for. I always look forwards to my appointments.

I went there for a massage with Eri and I have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend her 100%.
However, I won’t be going back to this clinic because of the the receptionist Amy. She had quite the attitude when I called in prior to my appointment, she was very rude and not accommodating at all in order to book my appointment.
When I went in today, just right off the bat I noticed she was giving someone else attitude as well. Her tone is very bad and she is not the right person to be working at the front desk. It was my first visit there and it’s safe to say I will not be coming back. And to make my visit even worse, when I went to claim my massage through my insurance, she said it was not going through and that I’ll have to deal with it myself. She specified that she can’t do anything on her end and it will not be covered. After confirming with my health insurance, they said the claim was denied because it was filled in incorrectly due to the receptionist. Over all my massage experience was amazing but my overall experience experience was bad. If I was the owner, I’d look into a new receptionist, there are much better people out there more for the job.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a good massage. I slept on my neck weird and woke up in so much pain. I was able to get an appointment that day and it was wonderful (deep issue).

TL;DR: Reception/Clerk service poor. Massage therapist was great.

My review will be mostly on the customer service. After completing my session, I wanted to do direct billing with my Alberta Blue Cross plan and I handed them my card. The reception/clerks told me that they could not direct bill to my plan as it was a "Medavie Blue Cross. " I was confused on what that meant so I just ended up paying for my session. I would call Alberta Blue Cross to inquire about what "Medavie Blue Cross" meant. They informed me that I do not have "Medavie Blue Cross" but Alberta Blue Cross. The reps at Alberta Blue cross explained to me that I should have been able to have access to direct billing and the clinic was listed as an organization which can direct bill. I had the rep from Alberta Blue Cross explain to the reception/clerks that my plan was not "Medavie" but indeed Alberta Blue cross and I was eligible for direct billing. From the conversation with the rep and clerk, it was noted that the clerk did not even check my Alberta Blue Cross card. I would learn from the Alberta Blue Cross rep that there is a direct billing telephone line that the clerks can call Alberta Blue Cross for any questions; in which they did not utilized. Aside from all this, the one thing that will keep me from coming back or recommending this place would be the clerks overall atmosphere was quite rude. They were not helpful or even try to be helpful. I called to try and get in touch with the manager but nobody picks up the phone and I even left a voice mail to be called back but received no call back.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.
Pam is nothing short of incredible. She has educated me on my chronic injury, I've been experiencing pain from for more than 10 years. She has shown me how to take care of myself, how to treat my injury and what to do between sessions with her. She's very intelligent, well educated, caring, kind and professional.
When I went to go see her I was in so much pain I could barely move and after just a couple sessions with her, I was pain-free.
This place is incredible.

Expu is always great! They treat patients with kindness and concern and explain exactly what the issues are and treatment will be.
