After a long many years in Castledowns, I've heard a lot of opinions on Beaumaris Shopping Centre.
The traditional mall that was here before was quite a safe place for me as a teen and encouraging with the library being the center attraction.
I suppose the old mall style had to make way for the new and I like the businesses that have replaced the old mall in the new shopping center building.
The new east facing side against the lake has also experienced quite a change but the new development all appears to be done now and has a pretty nice sunrise shine in the lake walk resting area.
So, with businesses there now still take care of our community needs but I wish the space was still available to keep teens warm and safe as they dine and experience the world together I'm between their schools and homes.
More positive opportunities for less athletic teens to share the community benefits such as locals jobs, library education, and social events would round out this business areas nicely.

Decent shopping, but the bus terminal brings a few questionable people who wonder around the parking lot.
