Terrible management - refused to reschedule and give deposit back even though we were sick.

I have been coming to Maria for the last year and a half for microneedling and facials. This is the best my skin has ever looked and I often get told I look much younger than I actually am. She always recommends the best products but is always aware of budget. I never feel like I have to buy product or like I need a 7 step routine. Thank you Maria for always taking care of me!

I have gone to Beauty Connect Pro for several services now: facials, peels, & injections. I always leave feeling so taken care of and spoiled! Maria is SO knowledgeable about the skin and offers unique and individual treatments/products in her facials. Nurse Mark is an experienced injector who teaches courses to other injectors looking to better their craft. He’s incredibly knowledgeable on the muscles and vessels in the face and gives tons of information on how to best balance features through the use of Botox and filler! Best spa ever

I have been twice now in the last year for lip filler with Ara. She is amazing! The provides a comfortable relaxing atmosphere and is excellent at her job. Answered all my questions and gives great advice. There was minor bruising and swelling as to be expected and they healed great! My biggest focus is having my lips as symmetrical as possible and she nailed it. Thanks again Ara!

I have met Pawan for my very first visit and she helped me with the services. She was very friendly and understanding. Wonderful experience getting lip fillers with Ara, she was very gentle and precise, and they look exactly how I wanted. Ice pack and chapstick was also provided to help with aftercare, highly reccommend this place.

I have been coming to see maria since 2019. Maria completely transformed by problematic skin. I had severe cystic acne, hyperpigmentation and scars. I don't develop active acne anymore and my hyperpigmentation/scars are barely visible. What I love most about maria is that she's very honest about the treatments and unlike many other aesthetians, she never pushes for expensive unnecessary treatments and products.she recommends the right products for me and lot of times even cheaper alternatives. On top her being very professional, she's hilarious and she always make laugh. Over the years, I have brought all my family members to her. She even transformed by brothers skin for his wedding. She's the best at her work and I wish her even more success and love this year.

Never pay your deposit, I informed them at least 12 hours prior of the urgency and my critical situations of requesting to reschedule my appointment. But they are so inconsiderate and unprofessional!
Just stole my deposit money of -$87!
Will never recommend anyone to use these thieves in town! Please Beware everyone!

Ara is absolutely amazing! I went to get lip filler for the second time. The first time I got it done 2 years ago elsewhere, I swelled and bruised significantly. This time there was minimal swelling and minimal bruising. The procedure itself was so much less painful. Her bedside manners were fantastic and I very comfortable. I love my new lips and I can’t wait to go back and get more work done by her. Thank you Ara!

Maria did my Zena peel and it was worth did my consultation first walked me through all the steps and aftercare it was uncomfortable the least to say but the results are worth, i will be booking again

I took the peel training, it was straight forward i liked that they do 1 on 1 phone call with you to explain the steps and prepare you to start offering the service highly recommend.
