Service received was good. I was told one thing by my treatment provider and another by the manager. When I asked for a breakdown of the services and costs, I was brushed off by forcing a refund and no explanation. The refund was less than half of what I should have received. I felt I was lied to and stolen from. Would not recommend. Unethical organization.

I go to Nurse Trinity here for filler and she is the absolute best! A lovely human, and makes you as comfortable as possible, and it’s just nice hanging out with her, but then her filler work is so impressive! As natural as can be, you would not know, unless you tell somebody that you’ve got filler at all, while looking, fuller and great, but super natural! Fully recommend going to Beauty Rewind for Trinity!

I went to Beauty Rewind for my follow up Botox treatment with Trinity. I was so impressed by the results and I love it! Trinity is amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her! Trinity is one of the best injectors! Shes knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. She takes her time to get to know her patients and design a treatment plan that works for them. I highly recommend Trinity for botox and fillers!

Disappointed with inconsistent pricing and lack of communication at Beauty Rewind.
[EDIT: The manager (Erika) at Beauty Rewind reached out to me shortly after wring this review. Unfortunately, the manager's response only served to amplify my disappointment. She reiterated the challenges of individually contacting their extensive client base of 15,000 to inform them about price changes. However, if there’s the capability to send me promotional discounts and notifications about new treatments in which I have not shown prior interest, there should certainly be the same ability to inform me about a price increase regarding the treatment I regularly receive.

Our conversation left me feeling invalidated and unheard. There was a distinct lack of empathy or understanding towards my frustrations, and it felt as if she was blaming me for expressing them.

This interaction further deepened my discontent and dissatisfaction with the overall experience. It is discouraging when a conversation with management fails to address valid concerns and instead contributes to a more negative customer experience.

This instance underscores the importance of improved communication and customer service at Beauty Rewind. Customers should be able to express their concerns without feeling dismissed or assigned blame. It is crucial for businesses to foster a supportive environment where customer feedback is valued, leading to productive resolutions and an enhanced overall experience. It was apparent that my concerns were not valued, and I was made to feel at fault for not explicitly inquiring about the price of a treatment I had previously received and returned for.

They also responded to me below, claiming that “prior to all treatments, pricing is discussed on every treatment…” However, I must assert that this is untrue, as I wouldn't be writing this review if pricing had been properly communicated during my third visit.

As I mentioned in my original review, my experiences with Nurse T and the front desk staff have been consistently excellent. They have consistently provided professional and attentive service throughout my visits. My encounter with the manager does not reflect the exceptional care and service I have received from Nurse T and the rest of the team at Beauty Rewind. ]

I recently had my third experience at Beauty Rewind, and unfortunately, it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Last year, I had received a quote for a half syringe of fillers, and paid for that amount, a price that I found to be reasonable. However, my recent visit to the clinic left me shocked when I discovered that the price had increased without any prior notice or explanation.

As a loyal customer who has returned to Beauty Rewind multiple times, I believe it is crucial to be informed of any changes in pricing before undergoing a procedure. Regrettably, I was not made aware of the price increase until I received the bill. Despite reaching out to Beauty Rewind to express my concerns, I was simply informed that the price for the filler had gone up.

While I understand that businesses may need to adjust their prices from time to time, it is essential for them to communicate such changes to their clients, especially those who have been returning customers. Transparency and clear communication help establish trust and ensure that customers can make informed decisions about their treatment.

In terms of the service itself, I have no complaints as the staff at Beauty Rewind were professional and provided excellent care during the procedure. However, the lack of transparency regarding the price increase has left me feeling dissatisfied, particularly because this was my third visit to the clinic.

As a loyal customer, I had expected better communication and consideration from Beauty Rewind. It is disheartening to be faced with unexpected price increases without any prior notification or explanation. This experience has unfortunately diminished my overall satisfaction with the clinic.

They are so lovely here! I got my first chemical peel done by Cassandra Ness and she is so personable and so great at her job! She is so clear on what you will expect and how to make the most of your results by following the aftercare and you can tell she loves what she does, which makes the whole experience easy and relaxing. I will definitely be returning to her to continue on with my skin journey!

When I first inquired about services through beauty rewind, I was booked in for a consultation right away and felt really well taken care of, so front desk is really on it as well and has great customer service skills.

I came here a little over two weeks ago for Botox. The staff are friendly enough and the business nice and clean.
I told the nurse when I saw her (nearly a half hour late getting in) what price range I’d like to stick to, but she upsold me saying I needed more than I wanted to spend by about 150 dollars. I said that’s fine, assuming it would look great. Fast forward to today and I see little to no difference in the treated areas. I’ve had Botox a few times and have had way better results for less units/money. I inquired about their policy for this, to which they suggested I come in for a follow up and pay for more Botox. I’ve already spent way more than planned and you want me to come give you more money for a poorly done job? No thank you. In the past I had to have a touch up and the nurse didn’t even hesitate she just did it for free. It’s unfortunate that I don’t live in that town anymore or I’d continue to go there. Whether this is the case at most spas I’m not sure, but I definitely expected better results the first time. I feel as though I wasted hundreds of dollars here.

Great experience! I felt very comfortable, and any questions I had were answered kindly, respectfully, and thoroughly. I had absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience. It was smooth and easy. Nurse Madonna was awesome!

I absolutely love Beauty Rewind! I highly recommend going to the Medical Aesthetician Anna. Anna is extremely knowledgeable and is always my go to girl! She is the BEST and is always able to address my skin needs and concerns. After each treatment I always leave Beauty Rewind feeling amazing!

I just had my second hydrafacial with Cassandra at Beauty Rewind in Sherwood Park and it was, once again, fantastic. I’ve just turned 40 and have decided that my skin is something I care more and more about prioritizing and investing in as I age. Cassandra is so friendly and knowledgeable. She always makes me feel so comfortable and is great at recommending which treatments/boosters would benefit my specific skin type and why. I LOVE this place!

I am soo pleased on the service (under eye filler / lip filler) I had with Nurse Trinity. She listened to all my concerns & gave me great feedback & knowledge on what we should do. The end results were perfect & I will definitely be going back to her! 10/10 recommend!
